Everybody’s great, love the new strong prerolls

This has been my go to place over the past 6 months and I don't see it changing. Nice daily specials, a drive thru and 24hrs - perfect for the folks that work past 11pm. I like getting the penny prerolls or gummies with over $50 purchases. Wish they would bring back getting to choose your Dabber Dobbie. There is always a nice selection of prerolls, good specials, friendly, helpful budtenders. If I could suggest one improvement... Get an inside toilet working (It's an old sonic - there had to be a restroom in there, right?). Not a fan of the port-a-john out back.

I had left my med card one day on accident. They not only called to tell me it was there but they also gave me a free edible. This is the most amazing place ever!!

I like the staff and quality of the products and price. However, I find it extremely irritating that I cannot call my local Big Buds and the Leafly menu is not current which makes me have to go in to ask questions or see what is available. That is NOT good customer service. Allow a loyal customer to call and ask questions. An update your Leafly menu so loyal customers have a clue what PRODUCTS are have CURRENTLY available. Again, this is NOT a reflection on the Budtenders, it is a direct reflection on the owner. PLEASE think about your customers and improve THIS for quality customer service. Phones are not that expensive of an overhead cost
