They lost a good customer...
I was a fan until I was sold expired edibles. I understand they may not be able to legally do anything about a replacement, but when I called they were rude and made me feel like I was stupid for being concerned about expired product. I was told that the expiration date was a suggestion and they said it will be fine. Well, I purchased this for my wife who has kidney disease and both of us would rather her not take the chance on her eating expired food with the medical issues she has already. I racked up 3000 points there and will not be back. If the customer service was better and not so rude about it I would not be so upset. They didn't even say sorry. Thats all I was looking for. Not to be made to feel stupid.
