Bloom is by far the best dispensary in Portland. The best I've been too all around actually. Great atmosphere, educated and friendly staff with quality product. Recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!!

I've tried the mid-shelf and top-shelf meds and it's all quality. Not as many strains as other shops but they make sure its high quality. Look forward to my future visits!

super friendly service at this new shop in nopo. Good mid-shelf and top-shelf flower. the bubba jack was amazing! manicuring on the Stars needed some work.
