Great place to come for your medical needs, I’m so happy here. Parking Security and front desk people Daniel is very welcoming, but when I got to the back they where so patient and professional with me, they brought out the sheets to very the percentage and showed me all products, very knowledgeable with the tools. I wish I had the name of the lady behind the counter who helped me. She was a master on strains and about medicinal properties. She was patient, kind and made me comfortable right away. I'm convinced that Blüm is the place to be as a result of this visit. The education this awesome (lady with the gold eyeliner) gave me about strains, terpens and delivery applications, has made me a regular customer. I also recommend them to anyone who asks me about dispensaries. Also, the waiting room is a way nicer and classier than in any dispensary I've been in so far. Definitely a nice vibe there, and it's the place for serious cannabis users, and folks serious about getting the purist medical grade product for healing. I cannot say enough good about these folks. I just hope every person behind their counters focuses on education and the actual product.

I not only got help when the credit card services were down, but both of these amazing humans made it possible for me to not have to travel afar for the CBD I so badly needed. I love this place

I have always loved Blum. The people are wonderful, the one thing that separates them from the competition is they PRICE MATCH, they honor OUR VETERANS by giving them a 20% discount. Im a disabled veteran. I was injured in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Its so hard to afford the one thing that helps my PTSD and TBI. Its helps me to be able to simply go to the store with my family. I hope Blum continues to LEAD by example. I hope that all dispensaries make this medicine more affordable. I REALLY hope our government pulls there head out of thier asses and embrace MJ as a medicine and start listening to their people. Honestly, when I first came to Blum months ago, I was not happy because when I asked about the terpenes in their flower selection the budtender had no idea what I was talking about. However, the last two times that I went, my budtender, Asher, was very knowledgeable of the products. He gave me an excellent recommendation of a certain strain and it made me change my opinion of this dispensary. I also noticed that the rest of the staff was friendlier and more knowledgeable than they used to be. The prices and deals are also very good. I got an edible for a penny with the purchase of an 1/8th. I'm very satisfied with the products, service, and everything about this dispensary. The staff is passionate with what they do and seem willing to learn/grow with the job. I look forward to doing business with them again!

Good location

I've actually been here a couple times and honestly at first I was pretty pleased with my experience. Everything went smoothly, needless to say that my opinion of Blum Reno has changed. So today I go in to pick up a cartridge and I was the first one in the waiting lobby. You'd think I'd be called right away right? Well guess again I waited nearly 20 minutes, as I saw people come in after me get called in. Nearly 10 people got attended before I finally decided to leave. I would have understood if it was busy, yet the budtenders and attendants at the front failed to even acknowledge that I had been waiting for well over 20 minutes. This was truly horrible customer service.

Blüm is quite impressive. Their product selection is huge, and their staff knowledge is of matching size. Not only does this dispensary offer top tier products in all categories, their staff is friendly and they take customer service seriously. Ask them about ways to get discounts too!
