Had to wait for one of two budtenders in the middle of the day. Every other dispensary seems easier to shop and get in and out, even including location.
I love that Blum is always evolving with the industry. They now have an open door into the budbar. They are planning on a more open concept and have demo coming soon. Glad to see folks are stuck in their ways. Will be back.
Keith was my budtender today and not only was he helpful, but also very informational. He let me know about the new deals and changes that were being made to the menu and was very knowledgeable about the product. Will definitely be coming back.

The store front & decor is nice, but that's about all. We were terribly disappointed in the way the staff treated us & talked EXTREMELY bad about other dispensaries. Not only negative but foul language also. These young men were very unprofessional. Needless to say, that 1st visit was our last.

I think it's an awesome location for down town Reno , the staff is super friendly and really knowledgeable about their meds . I love how they keep ,store and sell there's weed in jars . Making the meds fresh evertime I open and use my meds .I also Love how they keep there weed in a humidifying room. They treat their meds like how they treat customers and that's amazing . When I first walked in there I was amazed on clean their shop is and how nice their shop is ,It's makes me feel like I walked into a Jarred's Jewelry shop . I recommend this shop to a first time user or a true weed connoisseur👍
The problem with the quality? WHO WANTS SEEDS IN THEIR PREMIUM PRODUCT? I purchased half an ounce of sinmint cookies from this location and it was all full of seeds. The service? The guy didn't even know what he was doing I had to wait for another budtender to come help me. I'LL NEVER RETURN!!!! The only good thing about that place was the Chic designed sales floor and security. Thanks anyways guys.
I absolutely love this place! blum is hands the best dispensary in Reno, nv! The care that is taken in the selection and approval of the meds is light years beyond the standards the other guys in town keep. if you want excellent, fresh top shelf flowers/concentrates in Reno this is the place to go!

With the recreational business booming. Blum still gives medical patients "front of the line" priority. Just breezed through a 45 min wait. Well done 🤙
With all these lovely dispensaries now open it's the little things matter. As Blum has had by far the longest lines and yet the slowest staff moving customers through only exacerbating this problem. Please hire more staff. I don't mind giving you my money. But other dispensaries are providing the same service much more efficiently.
