I'm just going to send it up in a couple of words,... Simply The Best!!!!

I really like this shop and I think they are doing a great job during this Covid19 crisis. All of the staff there are knowledgeable and easy going, with the exception of one person. This one staff person seems to be irritated and have a slight attitude with me and others any time I’ve seen them working. I’m sure it’s pretty clear to management who this person is. Maybe they should have this person watch some customer service videos or something. It’s not that hard to be kind.

I highly recommend Bud's Garage . Everytime I go in I learn something new about quality over quantity . I appreciate that I can find top shelf for middle shelf prices . Josh is my favorite hes fast funny intelligent and knows his stuff. He gives me his full attention and listens to what I'm asking for unlike other shops that just push whatever to keep the line moving . He ask questions and gets involved makes me feel like he wants my business. I go out of my way to come to buds just for the service and the visit always ends on a happy note and im pain free not long after. I appreciate down to earth people and if you want to be known for more then your money then come visit this mom and pop shop best bud in town!

Always have great customer service when I come in here, witch is approximately 2-3× per week. Always friendly and kind staff. Love the vibe! Thanks for the great customer service 👍 you guys are my go to shop and my neighbor a few blocks away! 😁

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful. And I like the fact if there’s something they haven’t tried or they don’t know about her not going to try to lie and just sell you on acting like oh yeah because I’ve had that happen in different shops I like it when they’re honest! I’ve shopped here since they opened and will continue😁

The staff are great, but having groups of people in front ordering online on their phones and waiting for Confirmation message so that they can pickup is Counterproductive just line them up 6’ apart and let them one at a time in and not everyone has access to order online so they are out of luck I Guess!

I frequently patron Buds and recommend it to all my friends. The whole place is a great alternative to the fast paced feel of other shops. The employees are extreamly personable, and one budtender of note; Josh, always makes it a very positive experience. 10/10

This is the best shop for price! Pretty large selection in lots of price points. Love the garage theme! They offer a loyalty program for extra savings. I love these guys - I drive past at least a dozen shops to shop here.

Helpful service, good stuff, cool decor

I loved my visit staff is great but the website for ordering online is terrible and needs to be updated you are only allowed to search for grams nothing higher.

Josh, and especially Daryl are top notch! Super informed about their extensive selection of delectable products and always clutch if you're in need of the perfect recommendation. These guys and gals make u feel welcome af. 🤘🤘

Great shop, very knowledgeable budtenders. They don't have the biggest selection in town, but everything I've gotten there has been high quality.

Absolutely terrific. The owner is extremely approachable the store is very knowledged on Washington State law they're very friendly and they're all more than willing to go above and beyond to help you make your choice. All the way around 5 stars great place you should always stop in their. It's like Cheers, everybody knows your name

I would have liked it if the cannabis I ordered on online (wedding cake) , was actually aviable after receiving the order ready for pick up, not show up and get told hey we whwre out of those but what about this two, so I asked for an oz of whatever the best indica or hybrid was and I got catholic school girl , which I personally would not get this cannabis ever again its not very indica like which is a bummer I was excited to try it .

Ive been to Buds garage a few times prior but today was my first time placing an online order through Leafly. It was quick and easy, i was sent a message promptly from a buds garage employee letting me know one out of the 3 items i ordered were out of stock and he suggested an equally priced item as a substitute. My order was ready a few minutes after and when i arrived to buds garage my order was ready for me and i was out the door with my items not even a minute later. I will be ordering more often the service was excellent and prompt. Great customer service!!!!!!!

Staff is always polite and very helpful!!! Bud's is the only shop I use and I highly recommend it.

They are only taking online orders right now. Only one person at a time is allowed in for pick-up. They have everything pulled and ready before I can drive down there. I feel safe purchasing from them and the staff is great.
