The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I like that sometimes I can come in and browse around if I wish, or I can go straight to an employee and ask for suggestions. More recently I’ve been using the option to order online and pickup in store, which is so convenient.

Canna is my go to pot shop in Seattle and I've tried a few prior to Canna opening and Canna had me at hello! These are the best budtenders here and they always are smiling and so nice and know their products. I could go on forever but I wont..Did I mention the edibles? Great..I love Canna! 😜

Online browse and order was easy, and pickup simple and quick. A nice little building. I was tempted to spend another 15 or 20 minutes just browsing the displays. The 1/8 of flower I got came in a neat little zip close bag that seems to be the best package I have seen yet.
Everyone is really knowledgeable. Only had 1 bum steer in probably 70 visits. Currently distancing, sanitizing and gloved up! Definitely take advantage of 10% discount through Leafly pick up. Thanks for being our favorite West side shop!
Fabulous assistance from the woman at the counter. Gave me frequent flyer discount without me asking. Quick, 6 foot barriers. Felt safe & happy. Will always be my spot.

Pretty nice shop, with super helpful staff - I didn’t really know what I was looking for but they made great suggestions. I saw another comment that the employees aren’t allowed to unionize. I hadn’t ever thought about that for weed stores but I’m going to ask now.
