Cannabicare

This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

Awful experience. bud was moldy, people were rude, what a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

This place caters towards the trappers and kinda said screw the real patients! I pulled my membership from here will never be returning!

Jeff the owner is amazing, Levi the manager very knowledgeable and friendly. Virgil and Stephanie great bud tenders. Lets not forget about mark the head grower. great prices for concentrates,flower, cbd, edible, rosin etc.

Cannabicare is the best dispensary in the springs as far as I'm concerned. Good budd at fair prices, great member incentives, and a knowledgeable staff that is always helpful and friendly. I live in Palmer Lake and it is always worth the drive to Cannabicare.
