Always a great visit. Pay for the top shelf bud and it is worth it! Staff is great. They do a great job of training and give you the freedom to ask whatever questions you have to get you the products you need to have the experience you want to have! I recommend going midweek or during off hours if possible to avoid a wait, but it is what we should expect during a pandemic. I am just thankful they are open and I can get my weed!

Friendly staff, great selection, easy pre-order process and a must to stop when in the Lee, MA area. Frequent visitor and will be back again soon. One of my top 5 favorite dispensaries in Massachusetts. I highly recomend the concentrate from 253 Pharmacy.

Quick and efficient curbside system. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Best selection with the most convenient access. You will always find something to be excited about. Awesome area to spend a few hours in nature. The company cares about the community.

Very helpful and friendly people! Clearly enthusiastic about the product, and very knowledgeable! The dark chocolate edibles and the watermelon edibles I got were delicious! Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly! I will for sure be returning!

To start off at entrance two lines one pre order and other no pre order but no sign to tell you which line to get in someone has to tell you, need a sign! also once you go in for pre order they take your ID and make you wait in lobby until someone brings you your ID i don't like this i want my ID back right away! then they take you to a "magic carpet" and make you wait again until your name is called for your pre order this is lame just have a dedicated line for pre orders walk up give ID and get it! they should not be mixed in with the non pre order clients this defeats the purpose of a pre order, Also people who came in after me were called first. i expect expedited service when i pre order not waiting in three lines to get it! you can do better then this. otherwise workers are friendly and product is good. but not sure i will go back soon i have been to all others in Berkshire County and they all have a superior experience to this.

We shop here often, and have been for about six months now- the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The longer the business grows the better they get, more knowledgeable, well staffed, better product, etc. I recommend checking their menu online ahead of time and preordering. It’ll make your process faster and easier if you’re a regular user. If you’re a new user, however, the staff is great and willing to help get you started with exactly what’s right for you. We prefer to check ahead of time on Wednesdays, as it is their new product day. If you’re a northeastern native, we recommend at least checking them out. If anything, the cozy vibes are an awesome representation of northeastern stoner culture. :)

Incredibly knowledgeable and excited staff from start to finish, with even people working the door clearly fully equipped to answer any questions about the menu or the product. Place was fairly busy when I arrived but only took roughly 25 minutes to get inside with a personal guide who walked me through everything they have to offer. Great vibes and passionate people definitely focused on making a good experience

Awesome location just off the highway. Nice setup. I came in and ordered from the menu. Dan was very helpful in recommending some of their finest flower. I was so happy I came back the next day and maxed out my limit for the state!!

What can I say? Second visit today, and it was once again stellar. I love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff is super cool and friendly. Questions? ask! Concerns? Ask!!! Hungry?? McD's across the street!!! Location?? RIGHT off the expressway. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes on a pre order.. that's awesome!!! One minor suggestion.. I would suggest not having any cars park in front of the store.. center.. 4 wide.. this would give you a chance to direct folks to the left (walk-in) or right (pre-order) It's weird, walking between people's cars.. LOVE you guys!!!

Awesome take on the dispensary. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable guides, and a great selection of strains. Hurkle and GG#4 have become my favorite flower from Canna Pro.

Well organized and fast paced unlike theory wellness

I've been to most of the shops around the Berkshires and have fallen in love with this one! Not only is it conveniently located down the street from my house but the products are excellent and customer service is excellent as well! I would like to thank Ryan for such great customer service and explaining the different products and answering all my questions in a comfortable professional manner! You can tell how properly trained each and every employee is! I'm always leaving feeling comfortable, happy and welcomed(: Thanks Canna for an awesome experience in this little town!

Before arriving here I didn’t know what to expect, being my first time visiting a dispensary. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere felt very comfortable and was clean! I had a worker named John, he was very helpful and charismatic person I would recommend him if you are looking for a fun and educated time! I give this location a 10/10 👌🏼

I came here because the joint in Great Scarington was packed and overcharging locals. I found Canna really friendly, efficient and had a top notch product.

Another great experience at Canna Provisions. Was in the neighborhood so popped in to re-up on their gorgeous Afghani and check out the offerings. Same energetic, positive, fantastic service as my first visit, and still running like a well oiled machine. Not sure why people are waiting hours in line just fifteen minutes south of here in GB for recreational cannabis when there's such a quality shop here in Lee. Only feedback would be a larger menu of flower and of quarters and halfs, but this will come with time. Well done team, see you again soon!

To minimalistically sum up my initial experience: user-friendly!

all budtenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. went with a group of friends, we were paired with the same “guide” and were able to smell and get a rundown on all strains before deciding on our purchase. quick, efficient service that doesn’t feel impersonal at all. the decor is so nice. just an all around wonderful experience. can’t wait to go back!
