Love this place when it is regular business , but ordering online then having to wait in the order line to then wait in the pay line defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time . we ordered hours ahead as to hasten the process but ended up waiting almost an hour just to pay!! This is the 2nd time it happened

Been going to this shop for a while now and was surprised to see they’ve now closed their bathrooms to customers. After waiting in the COLD lobby we were in a rush to get out and go to the gas station down the road. Maybe they should take a note from the other dispensaries in town and see how they manage to keep their bathrooms open to customers. It makes a difference when you feel comfortable while making your purchase. Came for an ounce, bought an 1/8th. Budtenders and products are great! Like the daily deals. There’s just certain things you need to provide people when they’re going to be waiting like you do at the dispensary.

Good stuff! Comfy lobby, refurbished and clean. Noticed the sign for latrine but don’t typically go to dispensaries to relieve my bladder, just tension. Informative and friendly peeps. Aromatic selections. Checked the 2 websites prior to arrival and put together a shopping list but one wasn’t available in store. Am overall pleased with the visit. To anyone not familiar with Cortez it has some amazing natural views you won’t find common in CONUS.
