Shop here regularly, they carry good products. Yesterday I was charged for more quantity than I received. The budtender realized his mistake and immediately admitted so. Management though would not repay me for the overcharges, but instead demanded I buy more product. My only choice was to use the money owed to me for more product or let the store keep my $50. Poor policy and poor customer relations. Management didn't even show their face, put the budtenders as the go between.

This place has old school pot dealer pricing 100 for a quarter of dry ass weed not a fan and will stick to the denver shops even though this shop is less then a mile away from me

Hands down my favorite shop in the Denver area. I live in Lakewood so this place is very convenient but even if I moved I think I'd still make it a point to hit this place when In need some flour.
Tonight I went in, I love their products, I viewed the menu prior to arriving. On their domain webpage it says 15% off between 7-9 pm. Oh no ma’am our domain was stolen and is not up to date and if you use leafy that is where you will find the correct and most up to date info and pricing. So, ok, I go to leafy after placing my order for an ounce of flower. When the tender rings it up he tells me $240 and some change.... excuse me? How much is that? He says well 20% taxes and before taxes it’s $200 and some change. I show him the leafy which reads the strain I requested is $160 an ounce. He says well the best I can do is $200 and some change, let me get a manager and walks away. There was the girl that was packing everything up for the night who looms at it and says ya that’s wrong and walks away. I am a loyal customer to them and this is the THIRD time this has happened and I walked out. I mean if I am showing you the webpage you JUST told me was the correct Information then dang you should honor it! I doubt they will be getting my hard earned money any more... watch the prices ya all!!
When I walked into the shop there were nothing but positive vibes! And thanks to my bud tender, I had a great visit! Super friendly, great place! I’ll definitely be back! 😊

The online ordering before getting to the store is an AMAZING thing! Even during this time with coronavirus and everything, they've strived to do their best to stay open and make sure their customers are happy. They were already the best and ONLY dispensary I go to, but now they have truly gone above and beyond! Highly recommend it!

It's a smaller shop so the selection tends to be lighter on the sativa side than I would like but it has a great friendly staff and good prices. Also they did a great job adapting to the COVID-19 outbreak!

This visit was absolutely great! The worker asked me if I had a account to earn points so he set me up with one and told me about this review. Chronic is always so kind and super easy with ordering and picking up which makes it so nice and enjoyable!
