Quick safe and extremely easy

I'm an extremely unhappy customer!! Twice this week, I've been given sappy oil instead of the wax butter I requested and paid for. Over 100$ for this! Needless to say, I understand once but after informing the staff, I again was given sap, taffy Not the wax I ordered, requested and paid for!

My order online came back confirmed very fast. I walk up to special online order pick up window once arriving, and there’s only one person in line. 3 different customers are standing in the walk up window to order. I see 3 associates during this time. Within 2 minutes I’m next at window ready to pick up my order. 15 minutes later someone shows up to my window for “ special online order pick up” after the walk up line has cleared!!

Good product good prices but bad staff tonight. My go to dispensary but one of the employees was a jerk and got under my skin. Not sure his name. Still picked up because good product but upset me enough I wrote this review and I don’t normally leave reviews so that should say a lot

Well! All the staff since 2015. Since my first visit, have been knowledgeable, honest, patient and fun people into music, art, thrift store fasion ect. not out to just make a sale...If they fake it then they are "actining" great, I was a theature geek; I can appriciate a good show😜! Lol! The piont is thats not the feeling I get💚 I used to live 2 miles away, I now live over 10 miles away still come to you! Just like whitney" I wanna ruuuun to you!!" . I am a years long industry employee who was denied an industry discount under unreasonable circumstance. I forgot my badge as i was not working, but i had my last pay stub in my car, which i presented with the name of my employer. Was told i had to have the badge. I stated that i had a company shirt on and a company sticker on my phone. The budtender just ignored me. This has happened before, but never in such a rude way. I dont understand why you guys are disrespecting industry employees. Industry discount brings a lot of business. We are huge consumers. I do not appreciate paying a price i did not anticipate or being treated as a liar. Industry should be uplifting eachother, not milking every penny out of their consumers. Im no longer shopping at this dispo for this reason. The weed is fine but sometimes stemmy and i can get that anywhere. I have spent 1000s here; say goodbye to my business.

I went in to grab a couple prerolls when I opened them at home I saw half a joint that costs 10$. It's really sad cause now I feel ripped off cause the price doesn't match the quantity of the product. I'll just head to other places for my flower from now on.

I spent $241 for an ounce of flower that had almost seven grams of stem. When I ask they remove the stem they told me that's just how the strain is. Do not shop here it is a rip-off.
