Cinder - Downtown Spokane

Online order is a waste of time more often then not they either don't have what they said they had or they fuck up the order maybe if their employees could learn the difference between 1-2-3 I might get a correct order one day but 20+ orders later and still haven't got a complete order.

The service is always top notch every time I’m in this store. The staff is friendly, helpful and inviting. There is always a wide variety of product available and the prices are great. Today I tried their curb-side pick-up service and it was easy and convenient. 10/10 would recommend this store.

The Selection of quality products, established names to local goods, was plentiful. But the service is ultimately what’s great here. Ask for Vince by name, the most non pushy but helpfully suggestive dude I’ve come across in the 509, and I’ve made purchases at most the shops. Great store

Jesse F is the finest Budtender in the land!!! Incredibly generous with his time, his extensive knowledge, and his kindness. Flower questions? Jesse has the answers. Extremely passionate about his work and keeps up to date on all the strains, their history and use. I had called earlier asking some questions. The day staff (also super nice) recommended Jesse. When I arrived that night at Cinder, Jesse was on lunch break. He came off his break to assist me and didn't rush our time one bit!!!! I hope he had a nice dinner that night. Thank you, Jesse!! I will see you again. (we talked football and music)

Need a dedicated line or next up service for online orders. Im not asking for a bud tenders service, i already know what I ordered, I would like to get in and out, esp with this covid issue. THANKS! you're the best cannabis stop!

usually good experience, but online orders need fixing. I ordered grams of concentrate, and they message me saying "they're out of the pre-rolls". I certainly am not about to pay $25 for one pre-roll. 1 gram wax SHOULD mean a gram of wax. not 1 gram pre-roll.

Basically I saved my points for 2 months to receive a 25% discount. I purchased about $100 worth of item(s). About four items... Cinder only discounts ONE ITEM 👈🏼.. complete garbage and useless point system. Basically you never get a discount... Lucky leaf and the Vault on South Hill Ave spectacular discount days where everything is discounted
