This place has a good vibe. Budtenders are friendly, the salesfloor is always maintained and looking spiffy, and so far as pot shops in Spokane go, this one is more reasonably priced. Austin is an awesome dude. He listens to his customers and works with them to ensure that ya'll are choosing the right strain for whatever the occasion is. Would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Tiff at the north cinder location was an outstanding bud tender! Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. A standout example of everything a bud tender should be.

The guy that helped me get a cod balm product was very knowledgeable and showed we several different types I chose one he used for his body aches etc. I will be returning to find a balm for my mom’s arthritis in her knees

Display is Very bright and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The staffs knowledgeable,enthusiastic and creative in their description of the different strains and there effects. I felt calm and appreciated in this store. Definitely be coming back.
Every time I go in there wether there’s a long line or not I’m treated like the only customer in the room. They make my visit a priority and appear to appreciate my business. All of which I sincerely appreciate. All around great store. Good quality products and FABULOUS staff.
I switched to this shop from a different company about a year ago and I’m so glad I did. Lindsey(Blue) is always so chipper and always finds me a great deal, I’m always excited when she’s the one who assists me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all of the other budtenders there as well, they all make you feel welcomed and are very friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place in Spokane to buy weed now!

I've shopped at cinder for a long time, but I do so because it's great to be able to place an order online. Several times I've ordered online and gotten there to learn they either don't have what I ordered or, and in my opinion this is even worse, they have it but the price online wasn't correct and they refuse to honor it. Now leafly won't let me order online. I give up, I'll go somewhere else.
I love Austin energy! He had amazing costumer service. It was my first time in the store and he was so patient and knowledgeable about the product. This was my first time here and the team kept asking if me and other guest if they have been helped and was eager to answer any question. I definitely will be coming back!
