eh, not my favorite to go to.

They were out of a strain I wanted on my first visit, but found something for me very similar in qualities and price. Today one of the staff spread out the last four packs of the strain I wanted and told me to pick the best looking one. They dig when they have to and answer your questions here, and the selection and prices are hard to beat

Cinder is by far, my favourite dispensary. The customer service absolutely amazing. Not only are the budtenders pleasant to speak with, they are the most knowledgeable and informative staff I've ever dealt with. Particularly, my favourite budtender Cameron. If you want to learn something new about cannabis, he's your man.

Last 3 visits I've ended up in bad shape. Two times I got Artisan cartridges that didn't work and the second time I asked for a receipt that they didn't put in the bag. Paid for 2 non working cartridges could not exchange. Today I drove the hour again for wax Wednesday, got home to find out the tenders put blue dream "budder" in my bag when I asked for sugar Crystal because the sticky and liquids don't work in my pen. All told I've lost 100$ in 3 visits now on product I can't use. Very shady.

My husband and I visited Cinder for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The young woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us honest recommendations and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t want. The bud was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back!

Stevie was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Out of all the shops I have visited Stevie was the most well informed and not misinformed. I'll be back to cinder just because of her service my first time in. Unfortunately she told me she doesn't work the days I'd come in for concentrate deals. Super nice

This was my first visit. I had a lot of questions since I don't smoke very often and wasn't sure what I needed. I asked for something mellow so I could relax. I have a torn knee and I'm terrible at staying still. Allen was super amazing and helped me find what I needed without making me feel stupid! His recommendation turned out to be exactly what I needed. Definitely going back!

love this store, the employees are welcoming and look out for the customers. I only had a tenner to work with, they said if I could wrangle up another dollar I could get a gram of the budtenders personal favorite herb, I was 70 cents short and they offered to cover the difference. it doesn't seem like much, less than a dollar, but it's that type of service that will bring people back. 10/10 will visit again. also the herb was dank af

I had gone into the store knowing only that I wanted a concentrate. I had amazing customer service from a young man named Cameron. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, by giving me in depth knowledge on the different kinds of concentrates and how they would effect my body or mind. I would say my visit was a 10/10.

420/420 weed store. Would smoke again. I come here all the time, been to all the weed stores around town. Cinders employees really stand out. Product ranges from top shelf to affordable. They have a little something for everyone. Recommend asking for Cameron, dreaded lanky fellow. Knows a great deal about the product and always very willing to help.

Personally, this cinder location is most definitely my all time favourite weed dispensary in the Spokane/Spokane Valley areas. Of all the employees, I've had the most memorable and enjoyable customer service experience with Cameron. By far he understands the best in what I am looking for, and has always maintained a positive energy, no matter what.

Really nice shop with good service and quality products! My only complaint is that their menu in the store doesn't show THC levels for their strains from what I could see, and it is nice to be able to compare like at other stores.
