The staff at this location is kind, helpful, and efficient. On my first visit I had a great consultation and the staff pinpointed exactly what I needed to my relief. Staff knew my name by the second visit. Good people, good service, and good weed.

Everyone involved was extremely nice and helpful. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I was notified that my order was ready quickly after placing it online. I drove to the dispensary and a very lovely, friendly young lady brought my order out to the car within minutes. Great experience!

They have always been nice in there, but you could tell that no one felt their job was safe for months now. They have been closed for a while and say you can do curbside pickup or email orders but that is false. They only say that to avoid penalties but they are not processing orders. Just completely empty auto reply emails with no text.

The staff is amazing. Especially under current circumstances. Please expand your hours and days! Other than that I love the location and team.

While I do miss being able to go inside, relax and chat with the staff, their curbside is fast and easy! Thanks so much!

Curbside service was great the woman was friendly and attentive. I did not know debit or credit cards can't be used or maybe I missed it on the website. Overall very good experience.

I usually go to this dispensary all the time but since switching from Citiva to Be all of the staff have changed along with the friendliness and experience. I never used to have to ask for my Medicaid discount and the last 3 visits the delivery person working curbside never applied my discount costing me substantially more money for my medicine without giving me a receipt. I feel this place is changing and not for the better. Not sure what happened to the great customer service?

I would not recommend going here if you are new to using medical marijuana. The staff will try to up sell you on there products because they work on commission. The pharmacist/general manager is rude and uneducated. She doesn't listen to what you need or want. If you don't mind wasting money on trying all of there products then by all means this is the store for you. There products are expensive so the more you buy the more the sales person makes. The staff is more interested with the commission than they are with helping people. The only person that we dealt with that wasn't like that was Drew. He generally cared and was very knowledgeable on all of there products. When we asked the general manager for his hours she had an excuse and never gave us his hours. Just know that when you walk through the door a citiva in wappingers NY all they care about is how much they can sell you. They don't have your best interest.
