This place is a joke. The management is completely incompetent and dishonest — they run bait-and-switch promotions, mislead customers, and then refuse to take any accountability. The staff either doesn’t know what they’re talking about or just flat-out lies, and the managers make it worse by doubling down instead of fixing the problems. On top of that, their product selection is garbage compared to other dispensaries in the area. If you want better service, honesty, and way more options, go to Ivy Hall or Market 96 — both are miles ahead of this place. Avoid this store unless you enjoy being misled and disappointed.

The worst experience i have ever had at a dispensary!! Hands down!!! I was informed i would receive medical discount since it’s a rec location and the employees at the Oswego location didn’t apply the discount after the lack of communication i payed double the normal charges even if i had no medical card Bottom line is if the company had the staff knowledgeable and the stipulations were clearly displayed / on the website as well as in the store i would still not come back!!! Over priced And i can say for a fact everywhere is cheaper than this joke of a dispenseary!! Sorry but not sorry

Ordered online and my product was prepared and waiting for my pickup. Smooth experience all around. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

There is no one who lets you know that Cloud 9 does not stack discounts, even though the dispensary clearly states it is a recreational store, there is 30% off for Medical users This is advertised on the website/ as well the store The Employee i had did not know the polices for running
