CoCo Farms Concord (TAXES INCLUDED)

I have been going there for a few years now. Not sure what's going on but things have changed. The staff have always been friendly and the supply was always good. My issue is with their security. I have never had an issue until this past weekend with their security. Their security guard was yelling at me and my friend so much that the other security guard there had to break it up. It was in no way professional or even necessary. He cause such an issue the police were called. If you go here, please just be careful. I will not be returning as I don't feel safe anymore and truthfully, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for safety reasons now. I tried to file a complaint but they apparently don't have corporate office phone numbers so I can't let anyone know. Even supervisors apparently don't know corporate information.

Unfortunately, this dispensary must be going through some hard times or is there a change of ownership??? The usual selection I purchase with my hard-earned cash is no longer available. I will not spend $40 on bammer weed! I am a medicinal marijuana user for the past 25 years. I love the knowledgeable and mature budtenders at Coco Farms, but they have nothing to sell lately. It’s pretty confusing to me as a consumer. I have a car and will drive to dispensaries that still stock the shelves with California’s finest. I might come back if the website shows improved stock and a serious supply of high quality products for an intelligent and experienced buyer. I will miss the budtenders, as they truly seem to be the Heart of Coco Farms. Best of luck!

End of an era. They abruptly ended all the buy 3 get 1 free, buy 6 get 2 free, etc deals. Those deals and the no taxes are what kept me going here instead of the competition. Glad they still do no taxes, but I definitely go here less than I used to. I was going multiple times a week, haven't gone since. It's fine though because prices had been slowly rising anyways. They are no longer the easy choice dispensary, other places are now the same price for better product. They really shouldn't have changed their business model. Don't get me wrong, I will go back but who knows when....once a year when they have deals I guess. Edit to reply to the reply: yes thats what I said. You have the same "deals" as many other dispensaries. Where it used to be a clear choice of value, now it is not. Edit 2: you can tell by the way they reply to bad reviews that they are butt-hurt. Just face the facts that you wanted more money so you raised prices. And deflecting and blaming faithful customers that supported you for years is a trashy look. Changed my star rating from 4 to 1 based on how they reply to bad reviews instead of accepting blame.

This place is huge. Always has the strains I am looking for. I stick with the same ones. Prices are great. Always buy 5, buy 4 get the 5th for free.
