The staff is so great! They are friendly and efficient at taking and delivering orders. I've never had any issues. The prices are so good and they always have a great sale going on. They keep my favorite products in stock so I never have to go anywhere else!

Flavas has really stepped up their game lately. The turnaround time has improved dramatically — what used to feel unpredictable is now consistently quick and reliable. That shift alone makes the whole experience smoother, but what really stands out is the comfortability of the service. Since becoming disabled in 2019 BayCare delivery has been there for me every step of the way for the past 4 years. The product speaks for itself, but what I love the most is the streamline service. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. What I love the most are the drivers. They’re on time, they are the face of the company and there’s never been any drama or hassles.

I have to give these guys 5 stars across the board. I moved to the area recently, so I tried out a lot of other shops, ordered from different apps, etc. Over the last three months or so, DUBE is where I consistently go back to over and over. Out of about 5 or 6 orders I have placed with DUBE, 5 of those orders, I got at least one free product as a promotional item. One time they were late to accept my delivery order and gave me two pre-rolls and a 0.5-gram pax pod as an apology, on top of what I was already getting. I have never experienced such great customer care and service. Not to mention, every one of their drivers has been some of the nicest and friendliest down-to-earth people I have ever spoken to in regards to a delivery. Personally, I have a lot of anxiety in social situations, so that is something I value. Plus, it was just nice to be greeted by friendly faces with such calming demeanors. I wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you, DUBE, for being awesome.

they do good business In and out if you need to be, but traditionally welcoming environment if you haven't a clue your freedom to make an informed decision is more to less, respected and won't directly inconvenience anybody like you know you've delt with at other dispensaries that who's name I will not mention.

When I used to live in Alameda, this would be my go to shop. Super friendly staff, great service and knowledge of everything on display. Anytime I head back to Alameda, I’ll be stopping here for sure. And their merch is super cute

Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!

Fresh mint delivery was introduced to me by a coworker who knows that I love weed and different products that different companies make. They are professional they stand estimate when they’re going to be coming between 60 and 90 minutes example they have all the product they always tell you when they run out. They always explain the situation how you can use your points. How are you can order this and that. The drivers are probably the best experience. I have gotten all the drivers on time nice courteous they explained that they can help you out maybe if you have . I’m a big tree man so I love any type of flower indoor outdoor my wife likes dab Shatter doesn’t like the sugar diamonds but the shatter you guys have is beautiful and yummy . The edibles on the other hand man they hit me a different times, but they’re yummy delicious and not to stinky. All I have to say is a freshman delivery beat any other place that I go to

Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean.
