The staff is rude violent and aggressive the especially the blond woman with curly hair that works there she lashed out yelled and kept aggressively charging at me to the point where her coworkers had to hold her back all because I said I was gone record the situation for my safety. if she didn’t intend on harming me why would she worry about me recording for my safety? The entire situation started because I asked them to remove my medical information from their system which they did not retaining my medical information without my permission is a clear HIPPA violation. I will be filing complaints with the proper governmental agenciest.

What sets this dispensary apart is the staff. They're all super warm and knowledgeable (shout out to Edwin for being the best!)

Please BEWARE, This place has a lot of different products with different price ranges. Prices are expense and the produce. Use Extreme Caution when asking a employee for their opinion use with the products, they will not lead you in the right direction on the product you are looking for( I asked for something that tastes and smells good. That was a bust). You cant see or smell the product before purchasing it.so your truly going off their word. Don't waste you money on the SECHE products they taste horrible, Smells like swag and is a waste of money.

Another excellent experience at The Cannabist. Placed a pickup order (through Leafly) on Friday evening for a Sat pickup...order was filled before The Cannabist even opened on Sat am! Arrived at the beautiful location (another reviewer compared it to an Apple Store...spot on, and really...even nicer) and was checked right in. Katie provided excellent customer care, and we discussed new strains and other potential favorites. Added to my pickup...no issue at all. The customer next to me was a first-time Cannabist customer and Radha provided him w a detailed walkthrough of product options - was cool to see the first-time customer walk away so confident and satisfied with his purchase as well. Always an easy, educational, and relaxing experience going to The Cannabist.

All of their house brand flower, i mean every single strain, is absolute garbage. Even with the "deals", the flower goes super quick because it doesnt get you high and you just keep smoking more. I highly suspect their house brand stuff is grown using plant growth regulators that make the nuggets really dense but have low THC.

I have come to this location on multiple occasions, hoping things would get better. The security guard treats you like a criminal and the front desk person is always unorganized and unwelcoming. I have many health issues and hate to be treated poorly when just trying to get relief. The people at checkout seems to be completely different from those in the front. But the experience was so bad that I won’t come back unless I have no other choice, which saddens me.

Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. Frank at Cape Coral was great! Calming and welcoming atmosphere. They usually have a good selection of products. Quality is better than other dispensaries. Overall, Cannabist is a great dispensary and I will continue to shop there.

Visited this place for first time. Good number of choices, lovely stuff.

Bought 1/8th of the 24k and 1/8th of sour kush. Dry, ground much finer then I ever would. Too fine for my firefly 2 -lol which defeats the point of it being for a vaporizer. Smoked a J of each. Very harsh - due to the large amounts of ground stem clearly present upon original inspection . Honestly both would have been nice if bud. Again, nobody, even vaporizing would include so much trim. Also feels like a ripoff because you don't actually know how much is bud and how much is trim (judging again by the harshness, the assumption is a lot) Anywhere but NY dispensaries these would be $75 oz

This place is my go-to for any medical products, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention that they usually have stock in that isn't listed on leafly which is great for those days u want to try something new or find that they are out of the usual. Even the security guard there is super chill and welcoming which is rare! Seriously u owe it to urself to pay them a visit specially if it's ur first time

I have really bad arthritis and trouble sleeping at night because of it and was recommended to try medical marijuana. I had never been to a dispensary before, despite my age, so I was a bit nervous that they might try to sell me a bunch of brownies or candies solely for profit but I was wrong to be anxious. Columbia Care in Riverhead has saved me so much pain! The place inside is really modern looking and clean, which is always nice to experience, and everyone was very helpful. I spent quite some time in there! The people who worked there were very thorough with reviewing the products they thought may help me best, as well as the various ways to administer. I plan to go back to this location.

Everyone was exceptionally nice! The building itself is really sleek, with displays of their CBD products on shelves behind a white brick wall which painted from top to bottom with very cool designs. I pre preferred online and the entire process took about 10 minutes total. The products themselves work excellently. I have the syringe and the disposal vapes and they all are top quality, however the disposal vapes don’t seem to be filled to the very top

Selling ground trim at premium prices is an atrocity and a scam.

I’m a year-round basketball player, after tearing my shoulder two years ago I’ve never been able to manage the pain enough to not be bothered when I play (despite continuous physical therapy). My friend told me to try Columbia Care out and said they were really helpful with finding something for his migraines. I ended up trying the natural CBD pain relieving mints before diving straight into the THC items because I have not had much experience with marijuana before. They had a really beneficial effect on my body for playing again. I will be sure to tell other teammates and friends about this place.
