Sell defective disposal vapes and exchange for same broken item because it's policy. Not to mention the female budtender is gross, stands there burping like a pig.

This was the only store I purchased from for the past couple of years but I am moving on. They are constantly out of stock for regular items that you may have bought previously and enjoyed. But now they don’t carry it so they talk you into a lesser product. The staff can be friendly, depending on who you get. The last and final time I was here I was reprimanded by the woman who checked me out. I pulled the product out of the bag (a packet of gummies) to see if it was what I ordered and she yells “DON’T TAKE THE PRODUCT OUT OF THE BAG!!” . Seriously? Is there a rule that I MISSED? A sign? The place has the feeling of a currency exchange - not welcoming at all and you get the vibe that you are at the window at the DMV. This location is convenient but there are MUCH better shops not that much father with a much better inventory and customer service.

The only thing I like about this dispensary is the staff that answers your questions. Everything else is horrible. Their after sale support is aggravating, just woeful. Their manager is a do nothing customer support loser. She responds generically to reviews and if you have an issue, she just tells you to email the store. She offers no assistance except for telling you to write emails and says they will take appropriate measures. The young man at the entry vestibule was disgustingly rude and inconsiderate. Other times there are other smiling women that pitch the medical doctor adjacent to their location to sign up for a medical card, no matter that you might be a recreational user. I’m 63 yrs old, I have my own doctor, plus I don’t need to have my medical records altered. They sell an over priced Joos recharging battery that works like crap. I’ve been going there on a regular basis and so do some of my friends. I’ll never return. 1 star is being generous.

Complete condescending, there better than everyone , corporate hacks , no regard for any actual medical purpose of the plant , they have an advisor that apparently knows everything to know. which is a rude . Every single person in there is riding on the highest horse n customers are just an inconvenience and dumb . Never again consume . You guys suck , stick to washing dishes at home or find another industry to f over .
