for the most part i always have a good experience, however there have been a few times where i’ve had a gummy missing or a nug of flower is half gone because someone smoked it. like i get they try everything on the menu, but at that point just finish smoking that nug and give me one that hasn’t been halfway picked apart. maybe other dispensaries in the area have better rewards system, but given the fact i can almost always go within the first 2 hours and typically have some points off, i like this place a lot

I've spent a lot of money at this store but recently I had several incidents that were less than satisfactory. I contacted the company through the contact form. Never heard back. Selection varies widely and it is not possible to see the product as it is all pre packaged. Prices are high compared to other states. Quantities and strains of flower are only available as pre packaged product. Good luck if you want an ounce. Unless there is a pre packaged ounce of flower available, you won't get it. The staff is generally good but the business model and lack of corporate response to customer feedback is a deal breaker.

WAY OVER PRICED! I live down the road from here but still drive to Sauget 90 miles away it's literally a third of the price or even less some days with products and weights Consume won't carry at any of their locations. It's all owned by PTS!
