Consume - Oxford

I have been a customer of Consume now for a few years and have never really encountered any problems. Well, not until 2/13/25. I placed an online order at 10 a.m. and then waited for confirmation. In the past this takes an hour tops. So after checking 3 hours later, it was still verifying. When I called the store and asked about it, I was told it wasn't filled yet with no explanation or timetable. I then waited until around 5, it was still verifying. I cancelled it due to the fact it was a curbside pickup. 6 p.m. is the cutoff for curbside and it's an hour drive for me. I emailed Consume immediately afterwards asking why my order was never filled. I still haven't received a reply. This is not how you run a business. Especially when you have legit medical patients relying on your services. SMH...

The security guard on the morning of July 30th was on the dispensary floor making fun of peoples accents.

Livia was absolutely amazing! Her personality along with her knowledge is outstanding! I am so happy I got to go to her for my pick up order! She got me into the Riv Sticks🩷

Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!

I've been visiting since this store opened. There is ample space and the waiting area and purchase areas are not loud and echoing. When they first opened there was a huge variety of products. They rarely carry topicals anymore for some reason so unfortunately I need to look elsewhere.

Best prices in the area for sure. Rarely a wait over 10 minutes. Workers seem to know a lot about the product and actually care about you. Highly recommend anyone to check it out at least once.

CLEAN and COMFORTABLE waiting area. SAFE visit with guard visibly present. CAREFUL and CONSIDERATE members of staff personally escort patient to kiosk. CREATIVE and COOL theme and design of point of sale area is modern, easy on the senses and includes rainbow low lit display tables to feature medicine and accessories. I've been to most all dispensaries in the state and this one is by far the best intake and shop experience I've had the pleasure to have. Their prices are more than fair, their staff is knowledgeable and kind and the deals ran here are some of the best in the state. These guys are primed and ready for rec when it finally comes to the state. Idk what else you'd want out of a shop I can't say enough good about them. I've found my dispensary, here you will as well. I have no doubt. keep it up guys! and thank you for your work.
