Cookies - Rose City

I’ve always wanted to go to a cookies dispensary since I’d seen they came to Portland years ago. Finally moved less than 5 blocks from this one ( & I’m sure this isn’t the staffs fault entirely more than likely it’s management. ) but every time I’ve ordered there I’ve never gotten my full order, it’s always “yeah we don’t even carry that” well WHY IS IT ON YOUR WEBSITE I get once or even twice but dude how am I seeing & reading reviews & ordering products from your partnered site & they employees look at me like I’m speaking another language. Second not entirely on staff but it’s 50/50 I’ve always ordered ahead to not have to wait around to long or feel like I’m standing around on the employee but everytime I go it’s “the system doesn’t notify us when an order comes in” yeah that’s a dumb system for sure but I ordered an hour ago boss & you stand infront of a computer what the hell are you doing all day? I don’t know it’s kind of an odd location. Not too fancy or upscale but I’ve never seen anyone but me the employee who is never that happy. & the same homeless guy who brings his dog in & talks the employees & my ear off everytime. It lowkey feels like they sold the building & these new people are just riding off the past company’s name or something. Pretty odd experience overall.

This place is really cool. It’s not your average dispensary inside so it’s a cool experience compared to other places. I also had great service. The staff is knowledgeable and I was able to get the stuff I wanted quickly. I’ll definitely be back.

I came in on 12/15 to buy a few merchandise products. A backpack for my daughter and a Oregon Cookie T-shirt for my mom. The staff was very helpful and gave me my time to browse and look at the merchandise. I did not feel rushed or like I was a bother for taking my time on deciding what I wanted to buy. I'll be back in again to buy merchandise. Thank you!
