Cookies - Rose City

I’ve always wanted to go to a cookies dispensary since I’d seen they came to Portland years ago. Finally moved less than 5 blocks from this one ( & I’m sure this isn’t the staffs fault entirely more than likely it’s management. ) but every time I’ve ordered there I’ve never gotten my full order, it’s always “yeah we don’t even carry that” well WHY IS IT ON YOUR WEBSITE I get once or even twice but dude how am I seeing & reading reviews & ordering products from your partnered site & they employees look at me like I’m speaking another language. Second not entirely on staff but it’s 50/50 I’ve always ordered ahead to not have to wait around to long or feel like I’m standing around on the employee but everytime I go it’s “the system doesn’t notify us when an order comes in” yeah that’s a dumb system for sure but I ordered an hour ago boss & you stand infront of a computer what the hell are you doing all day? I don’t know it’s kind of an odd location. Not too fancy or upscale but I’ve never seen anyone but me the employee who is never that happy. & the same homeless guy who brings his dog in & talks the employees & my ear off everytime. It lowkey feels like they sold the building & these new people are just riding off the past company’s name or something. Pretty odd experience overall.

This place is really cool. It’s not your average dispensary inside so it’s a cool experience compared to other places. I also had great service. The staff is knowledgeable and I was able to get the stuff I wanted quickly. I’ll definitely be back.

I came in on 12/15 to buy a few merchandise products. A backpack for my daughter and a Oregon Cookie T-shirt for my mom. The staff was very helpful and gave me my time to browse and look at the merchandise. I did not feel rushed or like I was a bother for taking my time on deciding what I wanted to buy. I'll be back in again to buy merchandise. Thank you!

Cookies is a blight on the neighborhood. This store has sat empty, boarded up with literal plywood, for months now. There is a fake security car in front that has been vandalized beyond use that the management continues to leave there. It invites more vandalism and attracts all kinds of shady behavior. Trash litters the parking lot. It's a dump. There is a sign on the window that says it's closed for remodeling, but there has been no movement there for months.

Workers are completely disrespectful. Also false advertising on there pre packaged 8ths. On the 29th I bought prepacked 8th of gelato breath , I get home open bag and can clearly see it’s not 3.5grams. So I throw on my scale and it’s only 2.6, I can imagine how many other people bought what they thought would be an 8th but was only 2.5 . I advise everyone to weight there pre packets. I called in of course upset the worker in the back threatened not to help me because I’m upsett about my money and them false advertising me, so I drove back up there and off top workers were rude and defensive I asked them to call manager and they claimed he was not answering. This is beyond me, I spent 50$ for what was suppose to be 3.5grams and only got 2.5 and still no kinda sympathy for robbing me of my money. I will be going up there tomorrow morning 9am to speak with another manager . But I doby recommend this new location what do ever , hard to trust someone that’s advertising something that’s not , they sure are getting a good extra profit by doing this

Staff is super chill,and the entire vibe of the store is on point.
