It's a nice, clean, welcoming location. it was also relatively easy to find for two frustrated out of towners. The budtender we worked with was friendly, informative, and upbeat.

Great and friendly staff with a great selection. Was a little disappointed that I bought a monster pre roll that was super tiny , but otherwise I found a place to buy CBD tinctures at a reasonable price, and was impressed with the place by far the best one I have visited. Will be returning!

Cougar cannabis is hands down the best dispensary around. such an open inviting atmosphere, the bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely The most comfortable I've been in any dispensary. I left very satisfied and more aware of which medicines best fit my needs.

Absolutely the top dispensary in/around Roseburg! Extremely knowledgeable staff, really friendly, they always have good recommendations when I'm looking for a new stain. Tons of choices and the lowest prices! The dogs are a bonus, they're wonderful greeters!

Great selection! Their "wall of weed" has over 40 strains!!! Plus they have 10 different types of pre-rolls and tons of shatter, vapes and edibles. Love the selection!!!

This establishment is excellent. My first visit as a medical patient and it was extraordinary, thank you to the friendly staff there for the great experience! I was even a dollar short and the bud tender spotted me out of the tip jar!
I don't know how this was rated the best dispensary in Roseburg. I don't remember ever participating in a toll on which dispensary is better. with that said, my first and only experience here I was offered 6 strains. They all looked dry. The service was awful. I couldn't get a response from the lady at the counter. Not enough variety for my taste.

My favorite! They have a great selection, nice and knowledgeable budtenders (who always help no matter how indecisive I am), and a bright, clean, roomy space. They have an ATM, and a couple of dogs that usually chill in the back. It's perfect for a first time buyer.
