Great service and professional
A great place to shop
Culta is the worst Dispensary in Baltimore. They have the worst staff and flamboyant, hatefull, nasty, backhanded manager. Culta pulls the 'bait and switch' trick; one price online, another when you get there. It's dirty, it's small and terrible service. Go anywhere but Culta.

Culta is easily the best dispensary in Baltimore, I’m shocked they don’t have a better rating! I’ve never had anything but lovely experiences with the staff and even had their early bird deal honored when I was fifteen minutes late. I’ve also never ever had an issue with a product I ordered not being available. I know they have a 2hr hold so make sure you come in your window and you won’t have an issue with your order being unavailable. Some ppl just need to complain lol. Culta has the BEST deals — it’s crazy to shop anywhere else!!

I was having a bad day so I was having some anxiety (therefore not fully normally functioning lol). When it came to doing the math for my payment I got confused & froze up. The young man helping me get my products was so kind & understanding about my awkwardness from the anxiety I was having. He was super chill & knowledgeable! Very nice looking dispensary in a cool spot as well.

I put in an online order and it’s was confirmed but never filled it got to the point where it was almost 7 pm so I just went to the dispensary and walked in and got a whole separate order. Other then that it was a great experience and fire budz

Absolutely horrible customer service that has gotten even worse since the rec market opened up. Lackluster deal pricing for medical patients, which they won’t even honor when stock is running low. Will be shopping elsewhere from here on out.

Apparently they allow you to place orders on out of stock products - Absolutely waste of time trying to purchase products from this dispensary.
