Love that this dispensary has a lot of products at different price points. Easy to use menu. Great staff.
I have never been so disappointed with a company that doesn’t appreciate their customers. I placed a order on line at 9 am left to run errands 3 hrs later I went to their Oxford store were I ordered and they didn’t have my order and in fact sold my order at 10 and never contacted me. Of course the rude staff blamed their computer. If you can’t get your act together I will take my business elsewhere as well as my friends and family who told me about you. This makes twice this has happened. If I ordered something from you and you give a Confirmation number then that sale and the confirmation number is your company Guarantee the order is there your inventory should keep track of the sales and not give the confirmation number if you can’t fill the order . That’s good customer service. It’s bad customer service to tell your customer to leave the store if you don’t like what happened after a hour drive to get there. Fix your system or take it down . I will be sure to spread the word how this store manager is so rude and has no customer service experience
I would not recommend this store or any of its products… I’ve had numerous issues with them. I’ve had to bring products back multiple times and while they did exchange them the issues continued without them ever fixing them or addressing them ever . I’ve emailed them multiple times and they have never responded to 4-5 emails I have sent over the period of 9 to 10 months. This is not a company that wants you as a customer they just want your money I would avoid this place.
