Great place! I value employees that don’t push product on you and truly care about your health. I went in with a lot of questions and came out getting exactly what I needed for relief. (A special thank you to Kelly who definitely knew her stuff!) Great product selection and you can find discounted products and store wide sales too! Their point system is THE BEST! You basically get back what you spend in points to use to buy future products. Love it!

I love visiting here...I was nervous for my first time but the staff did everything to make me feel comfortable. The location is also very nice and always clean. And they also had a great selection of products to offer.

Was first dispensary went to closer to home!! People are very informative and willing take the time to find products that help your needs. Curbside side is organized and quick!! Always a friendly face👍

The quality, service, and atmosphere is an entire vibe. The staff and so very calming, they create conversation, they give you help when needed, especially when you cant decide. I will forever reccomend this place and location. For someone like me who has lots of social anxiety, they somehow make me going in easier! Prices are great and the quality of product is 5 stars!

The staff is always amazing to talk to. Any questions, recommendations or issues, just talk to them. They are so helpful. And always smiling.

I always enjoy my visits to Altoona Herbology. The budtenders are always friendly and do their absolute best to answer patients questions and set them up with the best products for their needs. Matt was super helpful and a really kind guy. I appreciate each visit to this dispensary.

This place shines above the others. Every time I'm there, every employee is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Although all employees are helpful, my man Matt really went the extra mile in helping me find what I was looking for.

The Lime Skunk was unbelievable.

I really like the employees of Herbology Altoona. They are helpful and explain everything in easy to understand language. The only draw back to the operation is the parking situation.

Curbside was great deals and savings were great always have good deals and good service

I think this shop is in a bad location. It’s always a hassle to get parking if you want curbside and trying to get regular parking has moved from the buildings parking lot to out by the road. So if you can’t get into one of the spots in front of the building, they tell you to park out by the road. Very unsafe. Then dealing with the security. It’s not really the companies fault and not put this into a review, but they hired them. Very disrespectful, unprofessional group of people. Now I wish I made the dispensers in State College my home dispensary. Now I’m stuck with Herbology in Altoona, Pa. Prices are higher also.

Great place to shop, never been disappointed yet!

Everything is wonderful. From the staff to the customers. Everyone is so nice and helpful. One of my favorite around the area. On their two year anniversary they gave me a free dab tool and a nice beanie which I wear regularly. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The place is great. The way I'm treated when I'm there I'm wondering where the red carpets are? Customer service needs more interest shown into customers needs and not hanging up with such anger and frustration without making sure the customers answers are explained.

Great clean environment. Great deals almost daily. Usually long lines so dress appropriately 😊
