flower prices not the cheapest but I did get great service and the buds that were recommended were right on, so I can't complain! great selection of quality indicas

I've been going here for a while now and each visit is better then the last. The staff are extremely friendly and personable. They answer my questions and give great suggestions. The points system they have is awesome and I've been able to get lots of free pre-rolls, and those are my favorite. Highly recommended.

Went in for my first time and said I was referred by my friend yet they had no interest in my friend and so she never got a free pre roll. However, other than that, they had Hella strains to choose from and the people were chill despite the lack of pre roll for my friend, I'd recommend fot the meds (obviously not to get the free pre roll for my recommendation lol)

Every time I come here im never let down. The quality of the meds is outstanding, the tenders are always knowledgeable in the meds available and each one makes me feel comfortable making me leave with a smile. Love coming here, keep doin what your doing guys!

Wasn't impressed with this place at all. For a first time patient I was disappointed right when I walked in the door. The receptionist wasn't very friendly and didn't know how to pronounce my name but instead of maybe attempting to say my name or call me by my last name, she got my attention but making some awkward gesture. Then after being checked in finally, the bud tender also couldn't say my name and did the same thing weird gesture to get my attention to say I was up. Went up to the counter for a little run down on what they had to offer at this location and she just expected me to know about everything and was ready to just take my order. I said I was new and there was no extra help she stood in an awkward silence until I just decided to choose something random. By far some of the worst customer service and not a very comfortable vibe nor was it welcoming. Don't think I'll be making my way by here unless it's my last choice. I'd take a long drive before returning.

I was very impressed with the staff and atmosphere of Emerald Palace. They were all very happy and helpful. The products between each dispensary seem to be about the same but the people make this place worth giving continued business.

I've been going to this dispensary on a regular basis and overall have been satisfied. The flower has all been good however I recently purchased half oz of lemon og and although I loved the effects of this strain , very sedating , I was not happy to have found 3 seeds so far . I also noticed after only 2 days a top shelf strain was now moved down to the next tier. I understand u run specials and things but it was a brand new top shelf strain Wednesday and Friday it's 1 tier down ? The gal that usually helps me is very nice but has never gone out if her way to tell me much about the strains I always have to ask a lot of questions where the other places are very proactive in providing info and ensuring I'm educated and informed. I do enjoy the edibles but also found potency to vary greatly. I bought a few cookies on sale and they felt weak , in fact I ate half a cookie one night and forgot I even ate it due to no effect. I'll still return but have seen a few things thst kinda made me question this shop at times

No waiting hardly ever, quick, convenient, and awesome people. just waiting on better deals, and not of fan of the prepackage. other then that this place is solid!

I got the Pineapple Express and for the price I'm definitely very very very satisfied!!! Thank you very very much! the girl could have had a little bit more of an upbeat personality but it could have been an off day she was kind of shy lol but its all good she knew her weed

The Huxton is the best flower they have . It may be a tad higher in price but ultimately you need less . People are awesome and will continue to to fill my med orders hear.

This is the only dispensary I use. The place is clean and has a nice lounge whike you wait. The staff is so friendly and really informative. They have daily specials and a rewards program. Love this place!!

this is my 2nd time here to day, I just love this place

Very nice place, setup, and employees. I looked at the flowers and wasnt that impressed. Only a few strains id get in small packs to try. nothing DANK to the smell imo. 2nd thing I wasnt impressed about was they dont have a FTP deal after a purchase. regardless of your daily specials, first timers should get something. even if its a preroll, or 5, 10% off a order. But u give referral prerolls. Should work both ways! Ill stick to my normal spot. Thanks.
