visited Emerald Palace yesterday for the first time and it definitely won't be my last visit! The staff was friendly and helpful, which provided for a fun and easy-going atmosphere. As far as LICENSED dispensaries go, they are competing with some of the best in the state that I have been to. They have a good variety of quality strains scattered all over the price scale. Some previous reviewers need to realize that you don't always have to purchase the most expensive meds available to get the results you're looking for. I paid $55 and walked out with an eighth of some great Sweet Pineapple Trainwreck (lovely aroma and very tasty smoke), a huge Magic Brownie (delicious and CBD heavy), and some free gummy worms! That's not a bad deal at all from a state licensed dispensary. Granted I was able to get the brownie for $4 less than the normal price due to them having a $10 sale on all their baked goods, but that's another great thing about this place is they put up specials that are actually beneficial to the patients and worth taking advantage of. Expanding on the topic of their edibles, this will be my go-to place for them. The assortment and quality are solid. Some folks may not like the location of this dispensary since it is one that lies in an industrial park, but for me I like it. It's not visible from the main roads to bring unwanted attention, they have adequate signs to direct you to its location, and when I visited just shortly before noon there was very minimal traffic in the area. Keep up the great work Emerald Palace, I like what you guys are bringing to the table! I look forward to my next visit and trying out the Peanut Butter Extreme Brownie that was recommended to me! #372

Been going here for a while, but quality is just not there. So I have moved on. Love the employees, but must look out for myself first. I'll check back from time to time. But the quality and the trimming of the flowers needs to improve before I return. It's my loss I now must drive into down town PHX.

sucks, 1st time going there, they offered NO specials as we were 1st time patients & the girl behind the counter did NOT know anything of the strains, so we will NEVER go there again

I have been to a lot of dispensaries but this is by far the best. Customer service is always 110%, everyone at Emerald loves their job and you can tell. I've never been rushed here and they are always willing to explain stuff to me. I'd put all their names that I've delt with at Emerald but everyone is the best and everyone deserves a high five. I've tried other places but Emerald is my number 1 by far

This is the best place in AZ for getting meds! Great atmosphere, the staff are all top notch, the meds are typically top shelf quality, very rare to get a dry batch, and the PRICES ROCK! Daily specials get you 1/8 for $35!!! Also after buying 1/8 seven times you get the next one FREE!!! Keep up the great work, this is how a successful business is run!! Will only go here and refer everyone I know with a card!

Best stop in the east valley. I try to make it here at least 2 times a week. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. A++ keep it up guys!

This is the spot if you want edibles..... The flowers were on point and the set up was choice. Lots of budtenders ready to help. Real good vibe and I tried some stuff I never get. Namely the Cowboy cookie, the Watermelon wheels, and the Brownies. This place is top shelf all the way. No FTP was sort of a bummer but no biggy since the quality was over the top. Go! This will be your favorite spot. Super nice people, super helpful, and I left with a shitty lil grin on my face. Cheers

The best dispensary in AZ hands down. True prices and 10% off for veterans. Fav strains from Emeralds so far have moby dick, sour cream, and any of the kush family.

Felt like I was being rushed. Like I was an inconvenience. Budtender had one word answers for my questions. She didnt ask me any questions like a couple other places did. No effort to match the strain to my ailment. When asked about testing she just said they go through the meds so fast that they dont have time to get the results. ??? This is medicine and knowing what I'm putting in my body is important to say the least. Meds sub-par. Prob why they dont tell you the test #'s. THC% must be pretty low. Price was decent. I just had to smoke twice the meds to get any pain relief.

I think this place used to be good but the last few times I've gone I felt ripped off! This last time I bought about 80$ in edibles for my vacation. After eating the first package.. then the second third and forth.. I don't feel a thing. Thanks for ruining my vacation and I will NEVER be back!

Super friendly staff, clean & modern atmosphere, great flowers! I highly recommend the Jedi Kush, and I look fwd to trying their concentrates. I had a slight issue with something and Rob went above & beyond to ensure I was more than happy. These guys rock and they are one of the few in this part of the Valley, so check 'em out. Especially if you are sick of driving to ghetto parking lots in Phx!

I've been to several dispensaries and this is by far my absolute favorite. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting, along with the customer service. Prices and specials are good but the quality is even better. Staff is so friendly and really takes the time to figure out what's best for you. I won't shop anywhere else from now on.

Waayyy overpriced, was not worth the trip there. Definitely would not come back here, hate places like this! (For theirselves not for the patient)

I have been to dispensaries all over phoenix and the east valley, Emerald is by far the best place to go for quality, variety and knowledge/friendliness of their staff. I have never once had an issue with bad mj or faulty cartridges like some other places ive been to. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. My favs, indica shake tubes and emerald blend preroll. I don't mind the hour drive to Emerald but wished these specific owners would open one in santanvalley or florence.( hint hint (o; )

first off, this is Richard.and I'm so.sorry.for being crabby about the referral pre roll. I've had my card for one and a half years and been to all the dispensary out there and this one is definitely in the top 3-7....you MUST stop by and give them a chance. Peace....richard

I dig the whole package of this place. The friendly and relatable staff made it feel like I had been going there forever, even though it was my first visit. The strain recommend for me turns out to be a great fit for my needs. I'm happy that I live very close by!

jack here #3 was top tier as described. I feel like it may be a bit on the pricey side. However with the diversity in their strains and edibles was unmatched from other dispensaries ive been to so far. Also the only ones really beating their prices are delivery places with no storefront. so overall 8/10. tldr; amazing flower, great service, slightly high prices.

I have been coming here for over a year and I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The buds have always been good. I would like to see the tip jars come back, these people make your business and we should be allowed to tip if we choose to.

Pretty good menu and environment! Some strains are weak, others are useful and worth the extra buck. Convenient location.
