Great place for everything meds

I love this place. I always get top notch service! Their employees are not only knowledgeable, but they are truly nice and helpful. Their flowers are excellent quality and so are their edibles. I haven't tried their concentrates, though. I like how their prices include tax too, so I don't have to guess how much cash to bring.

I didn't have a great experience here. My budtender was less than enthused to be working and really lacked the knowledge and education one should have when dealing with new patients. The "medicine" was really dry, scorched the back of my throat and just didn't taste very good. Sorry guys, you're going to need to improve your service and medicine quality before I come back again.

Stopped by here on a recommendation of a friend. So glad I did! Not only was everybody friendly and helpful but the trees are bomb. Very impressed with the quality of flower, def worth the price. Fresh and super stoney. This will def be my new east side spot! :)

I am very happy with this Emerald Location. It's always a comfortable vibe when going inside and I enjoy the quality of product.

5-24-14 Always looking for a good deal, I saw Emerald Palace has a 10% off sale this weekend. Great. I go there all the time (2-3/mo) for my meds and usually check their prices before I do. So when I checked their prices today, I was shocked to see that they RAISED many of their prices to offset the discounts. WTF! So much for it being a sale. Just a scam to get people in. What a shame. As a fellow local business owner, I endorsed them on both my blog and my company website, as I do for several other local companies I respect. I've had many people thank me for letting them know about EP. Not Anymore. All positive reference to EP on my websites will be removed and replaced with an explanation of the reason.

I wouldn't go back. I think you should do some thing for your first time patients. That's pretty sad your the only shop that doesn't in the valley. On top of that your flowers were not good and a waste of time and money if your looking for relief. Look after the patients don't rip them off.

Emerald Palace is THE place to go for edibles. All of their delicious options have multiple doses in them, and most are under $15. The PB Extreme brownie and the cookies and creme brownie were so rich and potent that they lasted me many days. I have tried things from the medicated soda to the sour gummies, and every investable I've purchased from this dispensary has knocked me off my feet. Every time I go in, everyone working there is very helpful and friendly, and they are knowledgable on the products that they're selling.

I can not say enough good things about this place! The service is outstanding. I am the pickiest mother effer out there and they always show me multiple bags of what I'm getting and let me choose which one I want. they are patient even in a rush hour, and the meds are typically amazing no matter what tier you choose. Sometimes the basic tier is even top shelf but just cus they found a couple seeds or the structure is off a bit they put it down there at that level. It still has high potency. By far my favorite dispensary, it isn't the closest one to me but the deals and selection and quality and ESPECIALLY the fact they are open every single day makes this one of the best by far.

I've been to multiple dispensaries around the valley. Thus place blows all of them . Hands down the best meds and service out there! Thank you for caring about your patients.

are you guys ever going to stay open later than 6? come on dudes...most people get off at 6. found a dispensary that's open till 10! everyday...pretty much the reason why I stopped going. I feel like i have to rush down there everytime

found some seeds in the first two grams of my quarter of lemon skunk not happy about that....this has been like the third or fourth flower with excessive seeds in the last eight trips...not tring to buy regs

I have been coming to EP quite often in the past couple months, since I noticed how consistent their quality is. My biggest beef with them is that they don't update their menu enough. Three weeks in a row I have sat and waited up to 40 minutes to get helped and was then told they were out of what I was there to get. Meanwhile the menu board behind them still showed the strains I wanted. Tru Med updates their menu every 30 minutes and has just as good if not better buds
