Best prices, decent flower, good selection of edibles. My #1 dispensary in Mesa.

First time here and it won't be my last. Friendly and knowledgable bud tenders. Great selection of flowers and edibles to choose from.

I specifically go because if the special they have on GREEN.

Only went once a couple months ago. Selection was not that great. And it was small. And the guy at the door didn't take his headphones off when he signed me in! I may try again since I hear they got new management.

I really can't say enough good things about the Emerald Palace. I LOVE the daily specials and often the specials bring me in and encourage me to try strains I have not tried before! The staff there is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is a great place to go if you are looking for quality medicine and if your budget is tight make sure to check out the daily special!

Stopped in here as a first time customer on Tuesday Feb 25th. I was met by a happy friendly knowledgeable staff. The special for the day price was amazing. Tried the herojuana and was very satisfied with the results. The shop itself was very nice and professional and clean. I will definitely go back and shop here again and would recommend the shop to all patients.

I drove here on wednesday, arrived at 4:10 pm and walked up to the door and rung the buzzer thing. Right off the bat I thought, "they make their patients wait out here in the heat until they get buzzed in". Five minutes passed and after multiple tries at the buzzer, phone number, and waving my hands into the cameras, no one ever came to the door. I sweated crazy for no reason. I didn't even want to come here in the first place because of the crazy un friendly store hours, but I live somewhat close to the place now. That just gave a red flag that maybe they don't care about who they are serving, just making a convenient schedule for themselves. And sure enough, no one even answered the door. Wasted gas, made sure I was there during their store hours, no one even there. Never coming back, lost a potential loyal customer.

The first time I visited this shop I had an amazing experience. The staff was very knowable, and professional. I was impressed with the selection of products, and how the store was setup. I like to think of myself as a self proclaimed connoisseur and their top shelf product is definitely up there, not just in looks, but taste, and smell, with a great high. I've been to a few shops where the bud was old or musky. I have never ran into this problem at Emerald Palace!!!

Who the hell cares about atmosphere when they suggested donations are WAY to high and the quality is just OK. The people that work here are nice but the bud SUCK for how unfair their suggested donations are. Used to go there all the time. then there donations went threw there roof and the quality is a joke.. I don't know how the owners sleep at night knowing how bad they rip people off. I walked in looked around and just walked back out.. This shops a waist of any ones time and should just be shut down..

LOVE this place already. Very professional atmosphere while still being comfortable. Staff is very friendly, bud is dank, brownies are out of this world. My favorite part about this place is the level of professionalism. There wasn't loud music playing or anyone smoking inside, and the room was well lit. Nice display case in the center with edibles so you can look through the stuff before your turn to order. I will definitely be staying a repeat customer.

Very happy. Comfortable, safe and discrete location with outstanding customer service. You want a selection (and who doesn't?), this is your place! One look at their menu and you know that these people are serious and they care about their customers. Prices are comparable but the quality is way up there. I will drive past other dispensaries to visit Emerald Palace again. No question about it!

A little out of the way but worth it every time.

I stopped in on 8-27-13 as it was close to CGCC and they had a large selection. Like another reviewer said, a little tricky to find, but trying to be low-key in this fledgling industry here in Az, is a good thing. Meds are nice. I got an 8th of Herojuana and Sour D, also got a free Jolly for my visit. Sour D is very enjoyable through a vape, as is Herojuana. I didn't ask, but do you offer a Veterans Discount? I will return, the specials are nice and the selection is up there. Met Jim at the desk and Tanner behind the counter. Very nice gentlemen and the place is not as stiff as Harvest in Tempe..

I've visited emerald Palace today for the first time it was my first trip to a dispensary, the girl at the counter that helped me didn't really seem to care whether I was there or not didn't seem very friendly or helpful and basically wanted to hurry up and get me out of there, I'm more than likely won't be returning to the palace

Best place in Arizona by far.

This Dispensary is nice, 1st spot I have visited since they approved dispensaries. Meds are a little high but the atmosphere of this place rocks. They have about 10-15 strains which definitely helps.

When going make sure they are giving you the price up on the board. They may over charge you if your order is too complicated for them to understand. It is a business first, patient caregiver last.
