The online order process is a joke, you have to wait in a longer line than walk ins. DA asked if i “still wanted” something i out on my online order. Still had to wait for them to find the meds for my “express order”

Marijuana loses 18% of its THC after one year from harvest. Yesterday I bought 3 one gram pre rolls of Dosido from Curaleaf. Last night I settled in and had some tokes. Nothing. More tokes and still nothing. So I checked the harvest date. It was 2-7-2022. Felt like Curaleaf needs to hire an old aunt to walk around the shop declaring 'expired' anytime they find such a product. Realize all sales are final so I really have no recourse except to warn others. Check harvest day before purchasing. I have been shopping there for around 6 months. Will go somewhere else next time.

Friendly staff fast in and out

me and my husband have been going there since they bought it from emerald almost daily. today the guy says when you see one of these 2 registers open up go ahead, which ever one is 1st. so we went up when dude was done to be treated like some kind of dumb ass in class who had not been called on. this guy says"im going on break you cant just walk up here on your own, that guy has to tell you" i said "HE DID TELL US" right then that guy walks up and denies saying that (which sorry but 2 people heard you say the same damn thing dude) on top of all that they messed up my order and no longer had any of what i had pre ordered so i took what i could get and left almost in tears. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK- and we ride bikes 3 miles each way to go there. ill be riding 5 each way from now on to NOT GO THERE

The weed is never what they say it is. I have been going here for about a year and there really is no deals like the other places. And 23% tax is ruff. I don't like how if you use a card. they charge more then what you Originally purchased. Then give you back cash change. I don't understand. I won't be coming back . Moving on to bigger brighter things. 🏌️‍♂️lost a great Consistent customer. I'll Spread the word.

best bang for your buck on flower in the east valley. the pharm is always cheap as dirt and the quality is decent, sometimes even more than decent.

Was dissapointed with service and your online ordering system ordered. Grape ape and super silver haze mix online everything goes threw fine go to pick up my order within an hour and they were out of what I ordered you figure it would be put to side the girl that helped me was vary impatient didn't even ask me what I wanted instead just grabbed one mind you I was getting one 32 percent thc she grabs GMO which is 22 % and was very impatient needs to be schooled on asking customer what they want don't just assume then she keeps calling for someone to check order very impatient probably did this like 10 times ...I usually have descent experience but this time was lame usually tip as well but the last thing I was going to do is tip her would've been nice to be asked if I had a 2nd choice in mind ....she just seemed non customer service and mind u I didn't get what I wanted ended up w GMO I even called before I headed to store and they checked on order and said all is good ...frustrated customer if you want to credit me for next time it be nice you have my email my updated cell is 480 204 8851 names Bradley Alexander that's name on act and myself thanks for your time ...

Select vape is an excellent brand but their new Cliq pod battery is inconsistent at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It also doesn't provide a good pull and so most of the time I am sucking on air. The batteries need to be redesigned to have a better pull and operation. If they can correct these issues the Cliq pod could be one of the best. Right now Stiizy or regular Select vape carts are the best. I would stay away from the Cliq until they fix these issues.

The door guy wouldn’t let me get my order because they were closed when I pulled in at 8pm on the dot. I’ve been buying here for years and I am not happy being “my guy, we are closed,” 10s past the time. Then I get for your order is canceled text eight minutes later. And they were people still in there getting their stuff. I’m not buying here anymore

I placed an order, received message that order was ready then a couple of hours later another message that order was cancelled. When I called they said they didn't have what I ordered in stock, yet that product is still on the updated website for Gilbert location. How can they say my "order is ready" when it wasn't?

Johnny is a horrible representation of your organization. Not that my little dollars mean much to a corporation, know this I will not spend any ever at the Gilbert location again. This site is claiming to have dozens of types of flower that is over 40% THC. This is clearly a fabrication, and deceptive advertising, and since this is a medical product that's actually a crime I believe. If they will lie this much about their flower, then what else will they lie about? Are any of their products actually legitimate?

Best shop in the valley!

I’ve been coming to Curaleaf for years. If I have ever gone to another dispensary it was out of curiosity or a promotion. I’ve always come back to Curaleaf for the service and the environment. The staff is always friendly and offer a wide knowledge of products. The wait is never long as they always have plenty of staff on hand. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I would recommend them to anyone, especially first time visitors.

Always a great experience coming into this spot . They always have some of the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff . I can’t forget the awesome quality of flowers and deals . I highly recommend this spot to all my fellow stoners .

Never gotten great products here, bud tenders are all too high to care about customer service. Questions get generic and unhelpful answers. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, I'm considering quitting smoking because of how ignorant these people are.

Always quick and easy. Good prices along with the loyalty program. Although this time the lemon brulee 420 I got was very dry, can feel the freshness is almost gone from the flower. Still smokable though
