Placed my order online, everything about my first visit went quickly, best customer service I've seen in a dispensary hands down. I can't be the only one who gets supper bummed out that most dispensaries don't offer any discounts or loyalty reward points for adult use patients! Other then that I can't complain

Deal 5 pre-rolls for $25.00. However Curaleaf only had 4 pre rolls left... So you would thing they would say 4 for $20. Noooooo not Curaleaf! 4 for $25.00 I know we adverse 5 for $25 however with only 4 left you still have to pay $25.00 and that is still a good deal. I was buying an 1oz, 1/4, and 5 pre rolls ($150-$175 sale). You can keep that deal! I went to Oasis South Chandler. No bait and switch there. Better Deals too.

My bud tender was a sweetheart to her co workers, and to me. Weeds good, great deals, love the location and I go there most of the time. Highly recommend 🤙

This place is the absolute worst. A couple of times I have gotten the wrong medicine when I got home and checked my bag which is not ideal. Then I bought a few of their cartridges and they were leaking. They don’t answer their phone or reply to emails, so the only way to rectify this is to go up there, wait in their ridiculous line and take your chances. Even after all of this I gave them another shot since they are close and had 30% off for medical customers. The line was slow and the recreational line moves faster for some reason, but I give them a pass on things like this. It’ll take time to figure out how to deal with the traffic. Well I get home and take a couple of the thc pills I ordered on leafly pick up. I didn’t feel anything after an hour, so I look at the bottle and they are thc a pills not thc. I double check my leafly order and I ordered it correctly thc. What makes it so bad is the bud tender tried to give me the wrong MG dosage of pills and I noticed it. Evidently he went back and got the wrong item again. I tried to call and of course no answer. What other medical facility can routinely get away with distributing damaged and incorrect medicine? Is that even legal? Can you file a credit card claim on their debit system? I had better luck and service picking up my stuff illegally back in the day. This doesn’t make any sense. Shop at your own risk, but don’t say you weren’t warned if you read this.

lmao a legitimate rip off dispensary with over rude cashiers. Quality of flower? Look somewhere else for that. Don't ask about the strains, cause the cashiers do not know anything about what's on hand, other than reading the THC%. Want to check out the flower you're buying? not here, can't even pick up the bag you may purchase to look at it. Had a cashier tell me that I couldn't touch the bag I was about to purchase lol she musta been having a bad morning I suppose. To each their own I guess, but hey, it reflected upon the dispensary and now they lost a customer, Along with many more, i'd be willing to bet.

The budtenders are always a pleasure. Jordan was a great help on my last visit. I will say I see more and more stems in my orders. I can't complain but I feel like whoever is packaging this should try a little harder to remove the random stems. We are paying for buds, not the stems you pulled the buds from.

I am seriously blown away right now. I have never recieved such terrible service at any dispensary in the valley. I quit coming here about a year ago. Today was my first time back. The cashier overcharged me and royally screwed up so I put a call in. I was told by Alex I would recieve a call back, and I quote, "right away" after he spoke to the manager. 3 hours later, I decide to call in myself. I am currently on HOLD and have been for an hour. I have gone up in Q positions - how that's even possible, I do not know. So, I don't know if someone will ever pick up but I will not be back (except to get my money). I wouldn't come back because they don't care about people. Decent product - TERRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE**** REALLY BAD**** STILL ON HOLD***** I hope someone can avoid frustration because of this review. I will be taking this complaint up the chain.Im a medical patient and I've been (and continue to be) treated like I don't matter. I wish I could take a back a star! If anyone associate with curaleaf sees this review, please get me off hold????

Ordered online. Easy in, easy out. Good products and they run great specials on their flower. Friendly staff.

I placed my first order online with Curaleaf Gilbert and they were very efficient and processed my order in minutes and texted me to let me know it was ready. I had zero wait when I picked it up from the friendly cashier. The best part was Curaleaf's Veterans' discount which is the best around!

Manager was a douchcanoe and threatened to put a mark against my name....(whatever the heck that is)and referred to me as bro several times even after correcting him with my first name. I ordered flower that was 23% thc online and then magically they have the same strand but it's only 17% thc...and I wrote everything down and verified and still insisted I was wrong. I am sorry I only tipped $4 but she at least tried to be nice.
