Very horrible experience after I entered the back of the dispensary no one was talking to anybody it's like everybody either had an attitude or decided to be quiet that day, about seven customers that were just standing there no one pointed them to what line they need to be standing in or anything like that. The store manager looks like he was just talking to someone and provided no direction. When I got up to pick my order one of the items I ordered was not in stock I had to travel all the way from Buckeye Arizona no one called me to let me know about this. I had to drive over 40 miles to hear that my order was not complete. I usually shopping here at least but the Glendale location definitely needs to have someone managing it who cares cuz the associates look like they really don't give a damn.

This was my first time at this location and not sure if I would come back to this one most of the bud tenders were just talking and watching the line grow instead of helping anyone coming in and the bud tender I actually got wasn’t nice had an attitude with me and my boyfriend. In a rude way told my boy friend he wasn’t allowed at the counter with me and then tried to tell me the flower I pre ordered wasn’t going to be the sale price listed. When I showed him my phone with the price he hurried up to get a manager to fix the price and tried to say it’s due to low stock. Don’t advertise the product I want on sale then try and tell me in the store you can’t do it not a great place for customers at all.

I go out of the way maybe a couple miles I pass 3 distance Dispensary to get to your store The store is always Clean and organize From when you walk in and get greeted the staff Are friendly and very helpful

My order was missing 2 items. I paid the total due but items were not included. The receipts showed 4 items that were paid for when I got home I only had 2 items. They weren’t busy so I would assume this dispensary does this regularly. Find a new dispensary or check your bag before you leave.

They have chairs but there’s no point or you’ll loose your spot in line. Walk in takes between 10-40 minutes and pre order about 5-15 minutes. The ATM is expensive at $4 / highest I’ve paid yet. Some people know the products others just are clueless. I come here for 1 product specifically. They usually Cary it. Pricing is a bit high

Love this place been here 4 times now prices are pretty decent and never have had any quality issues. And the rewards program is pretty dope especially if you buy in quantity.

There was a discrepancy with the price of a 1/2 oz online and I was charged the wrong amount. the inventory manager as well as the front desk budtender took Ownership of the situation and revolved it quickly and efficiently!!!

Lonnnng time shopper, my first review writer, I love Curaleaf here in Glendale!! The front desk greeter with a big smile was Lindsey. She has helped me before and is always so nice and quick taking care of the line. I always preordered my medicine and Justice was my flower expertise today. Justice is very knowledgeable and helps me with my order making sure I get exactly what I want and we always have good girl chat! I ordered online as you like... However, I got a completely different percentage after shopping online for 2 days. It was so low and this was the worst flower I have ever had. It was like using nothing at all except there was a very very slight feeling of mellow and was not at all what I needed. Very very disappointed esp after still not getting a reply back.

Depending on the budtender its either a great experience or a very very horrible one. They tend to lie to you about products and try to sell you on the least sold items they have. Every Curaleaf flower product comes filled with premature baby seeds. I've walked out multiple times now because what they show online DOES NOT exist in the store. Lets not forget the extremely high Debt card fees they charge. But what do you expect from the Walmart of dispo's? 4/10 on a good day
