Curaleaf - Lakeland

Just had a delivery from them and Rafael was so awesome and even reanged my stop so he could get me my delivery before i had to go to work! I appreciate him so much for doing so. I love curaleaf they have been very good to me i love the products and thier staff is amazing! Great quality with amazing prices. And they delivered to me for free!!!

Comfortable atmosphere and kind staff.

Staff is always upbeat and helpful. Always good vibes and the staff is very knowledgeable. Tera R. Was the asssociate that helped me and helped answer all my questions and made the drive out there worth it. The Lutz location is closer buy the lakeland store is worth the drive.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in Florida! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Brie and Sherri F went out of their way to help me and I'm so grateful to them!

Visited the Lakeland store last wk, my wife and I both loved the atmosphere and the friendly service! Brianna was our consultant, she was wonderful, great vibe!! Very clean and well organized place. Dan was great also! Today spoke with Dan again regarding a phone order and he was again very polite and helpful. These people are true professionals and seem to want to help you get the right product for your needs. The free delivery service is great, and all staff I talked to were very knowledgeable.

I was here last week and Gregory took such amazing care of me. I thought I was leaving him A great review but apparently it wasn’t on the correct website. LOL. He was so polite and friendly. He also helped me again today and I am thankful he reminded me about my points. Jasmine also helped me today. The girl has an awesome smile and wonderful energy. I felt very comfortable, they were both extremely knowledgeable. I love Gregory and Jasmine! I’m really not just saying this, I truly believe they are great asset to your company and will help grow the industry even more. THANK YOU!!! :)

I've been to several different Curaleaf locations. The service has always been friendly, but I've gotten misinformation on every visit. Also, in my first Lakeland visit, the two people at the front counter were yelling at each other. But the bottom line really is that the products at Curaleaf just aren't as good as the other dispensaries.

Employees were not knowledgable about product. I have always had delivered and was the best service possible. In store I was disappointed greatly. The company needs to see what the public wants and needs. You need to be consistent with your brand. I got forbidden fruit loved for evening, got a second time and it is not the same. It's very weak like less than a 1-1. It should be the same with little difference. Trying to find a daytime one. All vapes make you cough every time. Company should look into what other companies are using, you need to fix the product to eliminate this problem. You need to listen to customers concerns and create a product the customer wants. I have ordered online 4 times in store 1 and never again.

Called in First Order & Was Very Happy With The Experience Even Though I was 65 Miles Away,They Took Care To Help Me To Make My Decisions On What To Try Based On My Dr. Recommendation & What I was Trying To Accomplish! Deliver Next Day, Great Delivery & Delivery Man Help Answered All Questions On How To Use Vipe, Charging it! Great Company with Fantastic Employees!

This is the only place in polk county that I feel accepted and understood; my health and wellbeing (as well as everyone's around me) and the improvement of my mind and body seems to be the top priority of this outgoing and helpful staff. Went yesterday and and was very pleased. Good first time customer special. Products taste different than Trulieve and I liked it better. I will be back.

Got lucky and made it out for grand opening. Very happy and surprised with the setup, not over done. The service was prompt and staff was polite. I enjoyed their selection and prices were reasonable. Easily my new favorite dispensery. Definetely 5 stars to this store, the employees, and their product. A very nice addition to Lakeland.

Excellent knowledgeable staff Go in for a visit & get goodies or purchase & take advantage of some great discounts It’s nice to have a place in town but after visiting all three of the places in our area I gotta, they certainly taste better say this Curaleaf offers the best products.

Amazing felt great vibes and very nice staff

This place was amazing! People there are awesome. Came in with a lot of questions and left with all my answers. Went home and used 1 of the products I bought and was simply amazed and satisfied with the results.

My favorite dispensary, out of the three others I've tried. Great staff, great products and awesome atmosphere. Top shelf concentrate. Really nice cartridges as well.
