They need to purchase kore large unit flower and concentrate it’s a rip off to buy 8ths at 60$ and 1/2s at 240 after buying 4 8ths while they have minimal 1/2 for 160 or less ... but more 1/2s get a good variety otherwise it feels like a rip off to medical patients and a monopoly to the dispensary ( can only go to one instead of choosing) and a monopoly for growers charging more for smaller amounts and both not serving larger for a crowd that is liking for it at a reasonable price .. it drives valid users back to the streets and that bothers me.

Incredibly unprofessional. Very disappointed. This is supposed to be a MEDICAL dispensary, but it operates more or less like some little kids are selling weed out of their parent's basement. I should have listened to other reviews I read about this place.

overpriced, even for Illinois

Never once have I ever felt like I was a hassle or a pain in the butt for asking so many questions. People openly talk and share their knowledge of cannabis in the waiting room to the actual budtenders. Love this group

This weekend was the third time I went there and there inventory was out of the stuff I purchase. Or have a different manufacturer. They did offer other items. I told they the stuff I want works for me. If I try the new stuff and it don't work will you exchange it. Of course they said no. I'm changing places.

Charges more than other dispensaries! Also, I am changing dispensaries, due to the fact they never have what I need.

The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience every time I go there.

i didnt like the fact that when your looking at the menu online it doesnt necessarily mean theyre going to have whatever item in stock in store. your best bet is to have it preordered if you want something specific

This was my second dispensary. The budtender was arrogant. Treated me like I didn't know anything. I'll probably go back to Addison.

This location has barely had any weed in stock (flower) for the past 3 months. Not sure how you call yourself a dispensary when you don't have weed...

I just got off the phone with my mother who visited this establishment a couple days ago. I ought to preface this by saying for many years my mom was strongly opposed to Cannabis (mainly due to me abusing Cannabis when i was a teenager). Since then times have changed dramatically. Peoples perceptions have changed, and the positive theraputic benefits of Cannabis has become common knowledge. My moms husband has Parkinsons disease,and surprisingly my mom encouraged him to obtain his medical card, and she her caretaker card. My mom called me today to tell me about her experience at the Greenhouse Dispensary. She spoke incredibly highly about the place. And she specifically spoke very highly about how helpful,and knowledgable a gentleman named "Brian" was. (Reading the reviews, a man named "Ryan" was mentioned favorably by many, and I suspect this may have been the person she spoke to and my mom misinterpreted his name as "Ryan"). Given my mom's previously held views on Cannabis, her visiting a dispensary is in sharp contrast to her previous beliefs. Wide spread shifting attitudes regarding medical Cannabis in the public and media, (along with my mothers profession placing her in contact with people medically benefiting from Cannabis),IMO helped her see the benefit that Cannabis could have for her husband who suffers from Parkinsons disease. I think some doubts or effects from false anti-cannabis propaganda still caused her to procrastinate taking the plunge and visiting a dispensary. Fortunately her visiting this establishment, and speaking with "Brian" or "Ryan" helped seal the deal and I think she now fully believes she is not only doing the right thing, but that Cannabis does have many medically theraputic values. I thank you for being patient with my mother and her husband and taking the time to adequately explain the number of products available, and the pros and cons of the many products available for ingesting Cannabis. I am incredibly thankful for the time you took with my mother and her husband. Had she went to an establishment that wasnt as knowledgeable, and helpful, who knows how her opinion would have been effected. Thank You again, and I look forward to hopefully visiting your establishment in the future.

When I first walked into this shop I didn't really know what to expect it being my first time in an east coast med shop... I was all over the place, was excited but at the same time it was so much to take in I was almost confused, just walking around reading everything not really knowing what to expect... Then I got in contact with the amazing workers, workers I have already started calling my fam. One of the main reasons I like this shop is because no matter what kind of questions I have, how confused I get or what I want to feel when I go home. The family there always makes sure that I know what's up info wise and that I get what I need, everytime, all the time. Especially that Anthony, he always makes sure to give me the best info on all the strains and when I get home I'm always looking back going, " glad I listened to that boy"... An if you will be saying the same things as well along with having a great experience every time 😊💀✌

this place says on day one you can use your 10 pionts for transfer but really you can't. no prices when I was doing business, wonder why, they charge on average $10 to $20 more than anyone else, that is bull shit when you are dealing with patients not shoppers. A fantastic experience. My first time as a patient and customer. I was walked through the steps and options by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly (pun intended) recommend.

Walked in at 5:30 on a Thurs when they were going to be open till 7. Guy at front window seemed aggravated, said if it was our first time we should have had an appointment. I didn’t see that anywhere on their website. Told us to fill out the paperwork and it may be a while. While I was filling out the paperwork, I heard him tell another employee that “2 f**king walk-ins, an hour before closing - both new patients”. ( another guy walked in after us and the guy was aggravated at him, too, for not having an appointment. Plus the second walk-in pre-ordered, which apparently is a no-no if you’re a first-time patient. ) Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience with Rachel. We were very confused about all the choices, etc, and had a lot of questions. She explained things well and made suggestions.

I love my dispensary! Everyone who works here is friendly, kind and helpful! You get better bedside manner here than you do with most medical professionals! This is the best place to get your medicine in my opinion!

I felt comfortable and everyone was welcoming.

As a senior caregiver for my husband, we knew nothing about medical marijuana. The employees at the Mokena’s dispensary were all very nice and helpful at our first consultation visit. This is a learning experience, it will take time to figure out what works best for him. Thanks to Ryan for all your help!
