Curaleaf - New Lenox

I drove up from central IL for a specific strain. I’m a med patient and will buy in bulk the right product. I was so disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the budtenders and the misinformation they gave me. They even directed me to purchase product in a way that was unlawful, and told me it would “be fine.” This not only screwed up my alotment but also my reward points. This was the biggest issue, but also they lost my online order, were understaffed, the wait time was insane, and the budtenders kept giving me different instructions depending on who I spoke to. I did make the location aware, but have heard no response. Yet they send me a marketing email everyday. Just so disappointing. I’d love to shop with them for the great product, but the service makes me never want to go back.

I have been coming to Greenhouse and now Cureleaf dispensary for a few years. It is always a seamless process when ordering, checking in, and picking up your medicine. The employees are outstanding and treat each patient with respect. I highly recommend Cureleaf Mokena!!

since I got a Michigan hook up, I'll never buy a cannabis product in Illinois EVER again. you can get full gram carts, wax, disposables for in between 15 and 20 dollars with barely any tax added to the purchase. don't let these Illinois dispensaries rip you off people. 🙏

By far my favorite weed place! Staff is overly helpful & friendly. Double what you’ve encountered if you are disabled. Everybody knowledgeable, personable & helpful. I wish my life had more time to just hang out there on occasion, before buying. When you go anywhere else you come running back here!

Despite Curaleaf being kind of a bad company overall, this location is great. The shop being medical only is wonderful. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I won’t shop anywhere else.

The manager was rude to me. The staff made up for it. Nice variety. Great security.

Amazing, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this medical only dispense. Plenty of time to ask questions and talk about your specific needs. Security is excellent as well and you rarely wait in line long.

I been going here just about 2 years now and I'll be honest the place is awesome! Right from the day I registered they make you feel comfortable by understanding the issues you suffer. For some who never experienced the miracles of cannabis then this should be your go to place. I always been served courteously by each and every employee working at the Mokena location. As for the supply of many wonders there's never a problem, you should find whatever your looking or equivalent with each visit.

I just got off the phone with my mother who visited this establishment a couple days ago. I ought to preface this by saying for many years my mom was strongly opposed to Cannabis (mainly due to me abusing Cannabis when i was a teenager). Since then times have changed dramatically. Peoples perceptions have changed, and the positive theraputic benefits of Cannabis has become common knowledge. My moms husband has Parkinsons disease,and surprisingly my mom encouraged him to obtain his medical card, and she her caretaker card. My mom called me today to tell me about her experience at the Greenhouse Dispensary. She spoke incredibly highly about the place. And she specifically spoke very highly about how helpful,and knowledgable a gentleman named "Brian" was. (Reading the reviews, a man named "Ryan" was mentioned favorably by many, and I suspect this may have been the person she spoke to and my mom misinterpreted his name as "Ryan"). Given my mom's previously held views on Cannabis, her visiting a dispensary is in sharp contrast to her previous beliefs. Wide spread shifting attitudes regarding medical Cannabis in the public and media, (along with my mothers profession placing her in contact with people medically benefiting from Cannabis),IMO helped her see the benefit that Cannabis could have for her husband who suffers from Parkinsons disease. I think some doubts or effects from false anti-cannabis propaganda still caused her to procrastinate taking the plunge and visiting a dispensary. Fortunately her visiting this establishment, and speaking with "Brian" or "Ryan" helped seal the deal and I think she now fully believes she is not only doing the right thing, but that Cannabis does have many medically theraputic values. I thank you for being patient with my mother and her husband and taking the time to adequately explain the number of products available, and the pros and cons of the many products available for ingesting Cannabis. I am incredibly thankful for the time you took with my mother and her husband. Had she went to an establishment that wasnt as knowledgeable, and helpful, who knows how her opinion would have been effected. Thank You again, and I look forward to hopefully visiting your establishment in the future.

I really enjoy going to Greenhouse in Mokena. They have always been cheerful and helpful. I prefer to use edibles. I got the Sea salt Caramel edibles today. Extremely happy with this. It not only was tasty, but the relaxation came on slow (which is what I like) it also lasted a longer time than I expected.

There is nothing I don't like about this greenhouse! I am always treated very well here. Out of all the pleasant gals and guys that work there, one in particular likes hearing my progress reports of my own grow. You know who you are! Thank you for that! As far as I am concerned this is the only dispensary for me.

The availability of products has gotten much better and the quality is usually top-notch, but of course Illinois cannabis prices are astronomical even at med/tax free ranges. Once more competition sets up the prices should come down but overall this is a nice dispensary. The staff if courteous, care about the patients and is a nice experience. Once covid is done and we can go inside again the dispensary deserves another review.

They need to purchase kore large unit flower and concentrate it’s a rip off to buy 8ths at 60$ and 1/2s at 240 after buying 4 8ths while they have minimal 1/2 for 160 or less ... but more 1/2s get a good variety otherwise it feels like a rip off to medical patients and a monopoly to the dispensary ( can only go to one instead of choosing) and a monopoly for growers charging more for smaller amounts and both not serving larger for a crowd that is liking for it at a reasonable price .. it drives valid users back to the streets and that bothers me.

When I first got my medical card I came to Greenhouse Mokena service was great but then I saw some items with Windy City and transferred but I came back to Mokena because the service and atmosphere is better so if you shop here you will not be disappointed. The staff is amazing

I have too start off with this is by far the best dispensary in Illinois for med. You just put your order in online and just show up and always have a nice selection of products great people working there RICK is the man. Imo everyone should change too this dispensary...

I like the convenience of pulling up and getting served the reason for the three in atmosphere is you just sit there and look at a building. Other than that it is close, the service is friendly,and quick.

Love this place! Giana was awesome. Illinois prices are too high.

Products, although terribly overpriced, are great and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Can’t wait to be able to go back inside the actual building when this craziness is all over.

The people are amazing here and it’s the best dispensary I’ve been to.

I went here for the first time today, to say the least, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jake. Being this was my first time at the dispensary, I had plenty of questions. Jake was able to help sign me up, explain how the process works, was extremely knowledgeable about the product offered, and was able to clarify any questions/concerns I had. The Greenhouse is a great location as well - 10/10 experience, I look forward to going here in the future for medicine.

Team Mokena is awesome! Quality is great and so many options!

This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever visited with as far as trying to make things right after one of their employees made a mistake. I would recommend to shop anywhere else if you have the option.
