Stopped in yesterday, left empty handed. The ridiculous amount that this place is charging for low quality meds blows my mind. This industry is going downhill and there doesnt seem to be any brakes. I hope more pwople take advantage of growing their own meds. Places like this and what seems to be EVERY dispensary in the valley have become worse than a street dealer and have taken advantage of every person that walks through their doors. At least my old plug appreciates my business unlike this "dispensary"🙄

This used to be my favorite dispensary. but now that recreational mj is available, they have turned their noses up at medical customers. the price of all concentrates went up 80%!!! And no, not just for rec mj, for EVERYONE! Med patients get ZERO discount! so the price of a gram of house shatter went from 25$ to 45$. I will never come here again and that is truly unfortunate as this was by far my favorite dispensary for many years. I've spent thousands of dollars here.

Jacob R has treated me with the utmost respect since he's started at reef. I've seen budtenders come and go but I hope Jacob sticks around. The kids got manners and a personality. Love to see it.

After years of loyalty, I was surprised to see them greedily raise prices!! prerolled increased by 60-70%, but no reason could be given as to why! My tender was forced to admit it was greed because there was no other logical reason, except because of the recreational sales. always a red flag when the employees don't have logical answers. I'll be finding another dispensary.

For medical purposes. Who needs a higher strain, NOT FOR PEOPLE WANTING A GOOD TIME, then wanting to charge your medical holders the same tax as rec Y’all are functioning backwards

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and they’ve always taken care of me. Even through the pandemic they’ve offered top tier service and product to match. Would highly recommend if you haven’t been already.

Liked customer service-great bud tender, however got home opened the medicine and whoa! Ordered directly from Reef online-medical patient and like the ease of a quick transaction. The flower looked amateur-paid for a lot of leaf 🍃 (measured and leaf, not buds are 1.5” long!) The buds are tiny and resemble a 70’s bush-terrible quality for a product represented and promoted as something of value...advice-learn how to trim $$ and 🍃 to match quality. Change your prices and represent actual product-very light buds and make it look like a lot of product-however majority of product due to the light airy buds is less- due to the ill prepared trim. A fun dispensary, the employees joke around and they have products on display to touch. Sometimes service is slow. Best dispensary for pre-rolls. they are never out of stock & best quality & strains no one else has.

I used to frequent this dispensary, the companies greed has ruined the experience for me. Especially the fact that they inflated their prices over night, despite still having poor quality flower. I used to pay $27 and some change for a gram of concentrate, now they'd charge me $56. There are dispensaries out there with better quality product for a better price. Don't waste your hopes and dollars here.

I have been a medical patient for 5 years ever since having stage 4 cancer. This was my go to place for flower for 3 of those 5 years. Today I called down to place and order and they informed me they have pretty much doubled every price... Also I was also told I cannot buy certain flower because it’s recreational only. Highly DO NOT recommend this shop. Thanks for screwing over your medical patient that have been putting you in business for years.

I placed an order and it was confirmed. Drove over and was told they were out of product I ordered. Never notified me of their mistake. They told me sorry about the mistake did I want to order something else, which I didn’t.

Im new/returning to smoking again and heard a lot of good things about Reef. Went last night and talked with Mikey who was support helpful especially with someone who is new. Explained our situation at home and he was able to make a perfect suggestion that would work best. The store and set up was a easy process from start to finish. As long as I'm living out here near Queen Creek this will be the place to go. Thank You guys for an awesome service.

Their online process pick up is ignorant. It’s beyond a cluster f*€@. Seems like there is a lot of employees not being utilized since only 1 person was working the pickups.

Go elsewhere for the best products and best prices ... territory dispensary, or mint dispensary, health for life, the list goes on...check out Timeless carts...not those bullshit Tryke and copperstate carts. This dispo sucks ...shop elsewhere !!!!! Loyal 4 year customer will never go back.
