Curaleaf - Sedona

I'm writing this review in regard to Lori, your manager in the Sedona Arizona Bloom location. You really don't know what a gem you have there. She is the most compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I've come asking many questions of her and she always takes the time she has the most incredible amount of patience. She explains everything to the utmost detail that I need and no extra BS, everything from ratings to how you use this new product that you get weekly. she's a wealth of information and she makes the whole experience worthwhile. without Lori you're a Sedona Arizona store manager it wouldn't be the same experience. This lady goes above and beyond every single day every time I see her or every time I speak to her she's just always going full tilt. you've got yourself one very dedicated manager there and she is so incredible. I just had to tell you what an incredible gem of a person you've employed as a manager in your Bloom location in Sedona Lori is an incredible person. This is coming from just a customer. The entire staff in the Bloom Sedona location is incredible every single one of your employees there really goes out of their way to help all of Bloom's customers. Every customer I've ever seen her interact with all the staff. They go out of their way to help everybody, they explain everything they discuss, sales and upcoming things they're very knowledgeable about. I love the organization and the cool vibe at Curaleaf dispensary in Sedona. The dispensary is Top-Of-The-Line and five star rating with the highest quality products. All of the staff members are polite, and very knowledgeable. The front desk girl was so helpful and such a professional angel. She called management to the front when I had an issue or concern. Kevin the manager was so great and has great regards to communication skills and finding a solution for any matters at hand. My budtender Mathew was very well skilled and knows a lot about the different strains and THC strengths & so forth. I give you guys 5 stars!!!! The selection is outstanding 👏 Everyday there is a new promotion 👏 they offer discounts for medical some days 20% off 😀 They have some of the best bud tenders in Arizona and I've been purchasing weed in dispensaries in Arizona for the last 4 years. I also want to shout Nirvana for helping me have a very pleasant and streamlined purchase with my online order while the store was very busy today. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you had a bad experience because you had to wait at a dispensary in a tourist destination that offers online ordering that's on you. keep it up Curaleaf Bloom Sedona

Extremely disappointed as a VIP customer for over 4 years, I went to Sedona CL, walked in 7:58, after a guy walked out with goods & I was happy I made it on time to get the special, waited at the empty counter only to be told minutes later “we are closed!! If you were at the counter like you are paid to be you would have checked me in before 8pm, not to mention your door was open! Just after someone walked out I go in standing at the empty counter waiting? Doors should be locked if your closed, period! I have Spent thousands $$$ at Cureleaf, not to mention friends and family who will now ship elsewhere, and those 2 employees know me well enough to know I’m one of their VIP customers, who also always over tips the same guy that also refused serve me when the doors are still open, which just makes this a worst situation. Now I missed the special that I went there for to begin with, a special that has now ended! So next special I will now be cashing in my $80+ points and spending my money else where in the future where great customers are actually appreciated. I refuse to go back to a store, with open doors and that just served a previous customer only to see and deal the same two bad employees that could care less whether your a customer or VIP customer. This doesn’t look good for locals who help this store to survive! If your door is open, than you serve your customers and than lock the door after, period, very bad business practice and the girl was extremely rude to me. NEVER AGAIN!!
