Curaleaf - Carle Place

The quality of Curaleaf concentrates and flower is unmatched by any other dispensary on the island. Upon my first visit, and the store was easy to navigate and clean. While purchasing product the man behind the counter was a bit rude (it was towards the end of his shift on a Sunday) but made the transaction quick and effortless. Overall I recommend Curaleaf and will be purchasing most of my medicine from here. 4.5/5

My first time - saved 30% on my purchase. Went with a friend and we both saved 75.00 each. They had a special on flower. Purchase 4 bulk refill for 260.00 with the vape cartridges I purchased in addition, my purchase should have been around 560.00 and I paid 262.00 the staff are professional and location was great for me.

Could not get in touch with this location at all. Called six times, left three messages, sent emails, received no response. I don't understand how you could run a business in this manner.

The Curaleaf dispensary in Carle Place should be.... hands down your first stop after obtaining your NY Medical Marijuana card. From the friendly and welcoming greeting at the door after parking in the spacious and convenient parking lot.........to the warm and inviting waiting area...the smell of freshly brewed coffee wafting in the air..... from the always in use Keurig coffee machine...... The location says......welcome! Having become a customer after qualifying to join the NYS medical marijuana program with my crohn's colitis condition..... I felt comfortable enough to recommend that my daughter also become a customer of the Curaleaf Carle Place location...... I can't say enough about the care...attention.... and time spent by Tom the Pharmacist in carefully explaining and answering all of my daughter's questions about managing her crohn's collitis condition. A big shout out to Abhi for explaining the entire product line......and how to best utilize the rewards program...the occasional sale....and of course the State imposed limitations on product usage. Finally....the product. As a vape cartridge user....given the scare and concern in the marketplace of counterfeit and bootleg product.....and life threatening additives..... Curaleaf should be very proud of the quality product that they put out across all sativa,hybrid and indica offerings. The use of CCell technology in the cartridge delivery system.....provides for a very satisfying draw and delivery of the medicine. Once again........this should be your first stop....for care....quality and attention!

Today for my first experience at a dispensary and after researching some dispensaries in New York I think I made the best choice for a first time customer. I decided to come here mainly due to the excellent reviews on Leafly. The fact that I live 10 minutes away was an added bonus. I was a little nervous when I first walked in not knowing what to expect. I walked in was greeted by a friendly young woman and felt at ease immediately. The security guard was very nice and helpful as well. I arrived a half hour before they were closing so I was a little worried that I would be rushed out of the store. I am sure all of the employees wanted to go home after a long day but I did not feel rushed at all. I got all of paperwork in and my account created took about 10 minutes. I walked in and spoke to an employee named Ze. He was a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a few things after I described to him what I was looking for. I enjoyed speaking with him and did not feel like he was trying to upsell me at all. If anything, he advised me to go easy the first time and come back once I figure out which one I enjoyed. I ended up buying a disposable 20:1 THC:CBD pen for night time before bed (currently using!)and a 1:1 THC:CBD pen for during the day(used earlier). I found what I was looking for and I am very happy with my purchases so far, look forward to trying more products. As long as they keep customer service a priority, have some good deals, member benefits/promotions and keep prices reasonable, I hope to be a customer at Curaleaf for many years to come. Sorry for the long, boring review but I wanted to share a great first experience!

I have been to every Dispensary on Long Island and yours is my favorite. It's just that I live out in Suffolk and it's a long travel to get to you. My only complaint is that the pills are twice the price of any other dispensary. Other than that you have the best selection of product

I am happy that a place finally came close enough to the house and even with the covid restrictions they have been open and able to help with getting the medicine that people need. Only thing I am unhappy with is them taking back something that was ordered by mistake. Otherwise this place is a great place to get the medical marijuana that you need.

I have only ever done curbside pickup from this place a few times and haven’t gone inside but so far I love this place! The employees are really friendly and helpful. I only had one issue once and they were quit to correct it. There was a mix up once and I received a vm stating I was never a patient and there was no record so they cancelled my online order, I called and spoke to another employee. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a discount for my troubles. Everything I have tried has been really top quality and has helped me incredible amounts. One woman I spoke to recommended different things for while I was at work (can’t be high at work!) vs at home. With all my health issues, she explained what types would work for different types of pain and what I should be using daily. I went from having trouble functioning to passing off as a non chronically ill person now!

Very Fast, workers aren’t all stoned out their mind. Gives off such an official vibe but with a great mom/pop shop feeling as well. Every budtender i’ve encountered was helpful beyond belief and they have the best product for my condition on the island.

I really like the gentleman who helped me with my first order and explained everything. It’s great when there are knowledgeable employees. The other gentleman who handed me my order was sweet kind and professional! I wish it was closer to home but totally worth the 1/2 hr drive for quality and service.... mostly quality so highly recommend!

My favorite dispensary hands-down. Their delivery gets full fast, so be prepared to order a couple of weeks out from when you need something -- but they have good sales, decent prices, and a good variety of products. And now I'm hearing that flower is back??? Incredible.

Absolutely love this dispensary! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. The curbside pick up is quick and convenient. Order online, get a text message that the order is ready, reply to the text that you’re on your way to pick up the order, pull up, check in with the representative that comes out within usually a few seconds of pulling up, they take your information and run in to get your order, then bring it back out to you with your change and documents.

Curaleaf products have been helping me day to day. The edibles have been so good with helping me get a relaxed and restful sleep. The slim capes are so easy on the go and be used whenever needed. I recommend you trying their line. They have really nice over the phone customer service and are patient when speaking with you.

The flower is back and it’s very good. Although it’s not in its original form it’s easier to use. The vapes and tinctures are effective as well. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, making it a breeze to get meds. Vin

I made my first visit and pleasantly surprised at the warm greeting at the main door and it continued once inside. Abhi took great care in explaining all the various products and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this location highly and hope to see more like it in the future.

Although i became a patient during coronavirus I was still met with polite and caring people. Also I medicate both with concentrates and flower. They have both! Amazing. They are very informed and even were able to let me know the strain of the flower which allowed me to go on Leafly to look it up and see exactly what it’s used for. Highly recommended!

I was greeted at the door by a very friendly person who took my info, then greeted by Mark B. who immediately made me comfortable and feel at ease as this was my first experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually taught me a few new things. I use cannabis mostly for pain and anxiety as I cannot use conventional prescription drugs due to adverse reactions.... IT WORKS. I totally recommend Curaleaf/Carl Place as they make you feel at home and take the time with new patients to help make the right recommendations. Thank you Curaleaf.

I recently received my “card “and Curaleaf in Carle Place was the first dispensary I visited. I’m a retired aging baby boomer with arthritis But still have a lot of kid left in me. Brian Lawrence counseled and addressed my questions with compassion He has an expert knowledge of the Curaleaf products. Initially I felt uncomfortable , but Brian quickly put me at ease. He explained each product in detail. Brian was wonderful! I intend on seeking Brian out for my future product.
