I’ve been a regular concentrate/dabs/wax customer of theirs for over a year. DO NOT GO TO THE HILLSBORO location! The bud tender Danielle and the manager would rather you shop somewhere else. Apparently not all employees are told the same information on the joke of a loyalty program they use. I have come to this location almost every other week and today was told the loyalty card that you can receive 5,10,15% off your purchase when the loyalty card is stamped to that discount. Today I was told by the manager I’m not allowed to keep my loyalty card after using the 15% off discount they will be keeping the loyalty card!! So all the visits You save up are taken away. I asked the manager as this has never been the case when I have previously used my loyalty card they stamp the 15% and given you the card back to use your 5% & 10% another visit. NOT anymore or as I was told by the manager that the other employees should be taking the loyalty card and quote from the manager “you would be screwing us out of 2 visits” wow a manager that dosent support customer loyalty or want your business. If Danielle is behind the counter do not expect a pleasant experience.

Normally I enjoy coming to this location because the people are friendly, but today I got in to check in and the guy checking my ID was absolutely rude. I said hi how’s it goin and he ignored me, he took my ID and stayed silent. It’s not hard to interact with the customer, honestly I found it rude and kinda disrespectful

everything was perfect for a first timer like me, from the beginning, I was treated Amazing! Keep up the great work guys

Regular customer since they were back in their shango days. Over time quality has slid considerably with 6-9 month old buds being sold as their top tier. They might not have been moldy when tested 8 months ago....but they are now! They must be trying to up margin with all these old marginal flower choices. They are a little cheaper than before, but none of the top growers are sold there anymore. CHECK THE HARVEST DATE BEFORE BUYING...YOU WILL THANK ME!
