I have been coming here for over a year and buy lots of items. Recently I got a pod that is was defective from Stiizy and called them a few days later to let them know. The woman on the phone said bring it down and we will verify that it is defective so I did. When I got there the manager another woman verified and said it was defective and apologized for that. Despite being told on the phone and by the manager that I could exchange the pod, I was last minute denied the exchange. Based on it being over 48 hours since the purchase. I explained that I didn’t even use it once and that I live over an hour away so it’s hard to make it down. The manager didn’t care and did nothing to fix the issue. I will never shop here again based on this experience. I’ve been a retail manager for over 10+ years that is no way to treat a paying customer on their first defective experience. Do not waste your money or time at this place all they care about is money instead of loyalty.

Used to be good people. Managment screwed around with the employees and all the good ones left. Samples all get taken by the owners. Don't bother going here anymore. You can get better bud elsewhere...

The girls are awesome in there. Very cool experience. Hellla organized, but laid back to where I felt more comfortable then any club I’ve ever been! Which is so important when you go to these places. However, I purchased some top shelf. Must of been the bottom of the batch because it was basically shake with some stems, Kinda disappointing especially for the price. The dispensary Is cool for the experience, but personably I thought it was very over priced for the quality I received.
