EMBR Dispensary - Northampton

I have had a decent shake here a few times, but recently I bought $50 worth of dabs that were FULL of sulfur here and when I called back to let them know, the lady’s response was literally: “Yeah….sorry about that. Okay, well I hope you have a good rest of your day!” I’m from another state, so I get it if they didn’t want to do a straight refund, but this person genuinely did not seem to care that I wasted $50 or was unhappy about my purchase. No offer or store credit or bring it back later, nothing. Not a great feeling.

Great product, even better employees. I drive 20 miles out of the way to come here. Shout out Taylor and Chris. ❤️

It’s worth it for the products and the deals but they won’t tell you they don’t have your stuff, they won’t cancel or text or email. You find out they don’t have what you want in stock in the store. The products are really good though.

False advertising. They'll say a product is on sale in their ad/newsletter, then in-store add additional stipulations/restrictions ("oh the live resin aren't included, sorry!") I wish they were held to at least the same standards as a grocery store wrt pricing accuracy. And barring that, at least cancel my order if you can't fill it, before I make a trip over and waste my time.

the atmosphere is dope, one of the cooler interiors of dispensaries that I've been to. I've gotten two cartridges so far from Embr and the quality was impressive

They got the best deals on weekends, all you have to do is sign up with an email
