I'm a medical patient and I was denied my purchase here because it was 10pm but I watched several recreational patients walk out with product before me. I was helped by budtender Nick right after I walked in the store at 9:48. I apologised for being so close to closing time and he said no worries and that they would get us our product no problem. I restated that it was my first time here and I was a med patient after I handed him my med. card. He handed it right back to me and maybe I should have known then he was making a mistake. I asked some questions and looked at some product and when I settled on my purchase it was 3 minutes from closing. Nick went in the back and came to ring us up and when I handed him my med. card he went to the computer and then abruptly stopped and apologized and told me we couldn't buy our product because he neglected to enter my card into the system prior and it was already 10:00. My girlfriend, who is a budtender, suggested that he ring us up as recreational and give us a discount but he wouldn't do that and didn't even offer any kind of compensation for lying to us and wasting our time. We were passing through on our way North and it's a shame that we got stuck with such an incompetent budtender because the other customers seemed happy and the store seems pretty good. Needless to say this was a terrible experience where we walked out empty-handed.

This is one of the three dispensaries here in Klamath, and I have been to all of them. Whereas the others were so cramped, and I felt limited in what they had to offer as far as stock and assortment, but not Emerald Triangle. It is very nice inside, and they carry a wide varities of products I've come to trust and use. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and happy to assist however they can. The space is so much more open and they offer a much larger variety of products I may need, including buds of course, but also vapes, edibles and tinctures (they probably have about anything you'd want, and definitely much more than what I've looked at). I like that I get a senior discount as well as a VIP discount. For someone like me who lives with chronic pain, these discounts mean a lot. Today I was waited on by Marcus, he was super friendy and helpful!! The only shop I will be visiting in Klamath from here forward! Thanks guys, Nan'ce

The man who helped me was friendly, professional and fast. He made small talk during transaction which was pleasant. Purchased SIPS my favorite edible. It's hits right every time. Tangerine is my favorite flavor. Store was clean and they were adhering to covid guidelines. Emerald Triangle has been a quality stop every time.

I’ve tried out every shop in the Medford area and I always find myself coming back to this one, the prices are always great but it’s really the options they carry. Last time I had 20 different options for just live resin dab. They really are amazing

Most of the flower was last year house grown outdoor. Okay at budget prices, but these are more mid range prices. Where’s the craft cannabis in this town? The shops in Medford seem to have plateaued with mediocre flower and afterthought atmospheres.

I love going into this store. I am always greeted with smiles and very helpful representatives. When I have questions I am met with interest and related stories that enforce their dedication to the business. Thank you again for being a great place to shop and be informed.

On the way up from California heading to Canada...stopped in at this little dispensary and even though I'm currently hundreds of miles away I instantly felt at home. I was welcomed in by Dylan who greeted me and checked my ID and helped me out with everything I needed. Great selection and the staff knows their stuff! I will step in this store again, treated very rudely by an employee. I bought a $40 cartridge that broke in a couple of days, they refused to honor any warranty; actually. insinuated that I intentionally broke it. The treatment and garbage products were unbelievable, go anywhere but here
