I never had a problem with a dispensary selling me products that have an expiry date of less than a month from date of purchase, that being said there is a first time for everything. Yesterday evening I purchased a cart from Empire Connect and it has an expiry date less than a month from yesterday's date of purchase. I spoke with a lead at the store and this person stated that the cart is still a usable product it's just that it will start to degrade and the high will not be the same. My request to swap the cart out was declined. In my mind the point of purchasing a cart is to have a consistent high. I do not find this acceptable. Buyer be aware, don't forget to check your expiry dates at the register prior to purchase.

Extremely clean environment, sanitizer stations, staff very knowledgeable and takes the time to know your needs. Very friendly staff, every employee was professionally dressed. Paublo who attended to me on 9/13 was AMAZING 🙌🏼 He took the time to know what my needs were and gave me good advise on products. I literally felt like I had a free consultation. He is very knowledgeable!!! Good 😊 job 🙌🏼 I highly recommend papaya diamonds (wax) and chocolate mint for the Cart. He said they were very patient and should do the Job. Well….it Floored me and I have a tolerance. 🤪 Will NEVER 👎🏻 again but from the delivery services UNLESS it’s EMPIRE!! EVERYTHING about our first time visit was exceptional. I haven’t been to a dispensary in years, and I’m glad I found this one. Things have changed a lot, and I am really impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, the cleanliness of the shop, and the level of technology associated with choosing products and making purchases. Registering was very easy, and a first timer promo was applied to my purchase. Will definitely be returning and taking advantage of their 7 day per week deals!

this was my first time i did a onl online order. I go inside and they tell me to go out side for the online and when I get to the window they tell me to go back inside to register. after I register they tell me to go back out side and I have to wait in line again worst experience they need to be more organized

My trust visit today, and it was quick and easy process.. The young lady that answered the phone she also is a greeter, SWEETHEART! I do not recall, her name...The young man that help me order was informative patient and very friendly.. I remember ray , at cashier, very nice...Thank you for a positive visit and I wish everyone who works here, much success...😇

This place is HUGE they probably have more than The other big one, idk if I'm allowed to say it's name in their page. But this place has CLONES that's right. Rooted clones, just take em home and throw em under light n they grow. If you haven't been here you absolutely must check it out.

This shop is a little more expensive than my normal shop. Other than that I loved the atmosphere and the way the shop was set up so you could interact with products and look at things a little closer than my normal shop. I give it a 9.5 out of 10 and It only loses the half point because of the difference in price.
