RISE Dispensaries Henderson

This is the best dispensary in Las Vegas. They are always having big sales and offer rewards to frequent customers and locals. The variety on the menu is always impressive. The best thing about Essence is the staff. All of my questions were answered by Cheyenne who was familiar with everything on the menu. Strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tree.

Essence is a fabulous dispensary and I really like the products available, the deals on offer and the staff. I never have to queue for long and when i do (when you were implementing that hellish new system) they were kind enough to give out free prerolls. Now THAT is customer care. When it's hot, they dish out the water bottles. It really goes a long way. Youre more than a dispensary - you're a family home open for sales and that counts in Hendo. I always have a really good experience at essence in Henderson , they have really good prices, the best products and erb.. .. the staff is very friendly and listen to you to to try to get you what will work. Best for you or what you like the most .. Every staff member I have talked to has helped me in the best way they can .. I use to go to the dispensary and other places but now I only go to essence and have only been going here for the last couple of months.. you guys rock. I have to say that this dispensary has very knowledgeable, polite and professional staff. I was going through some difficult times with pain from past injuries and horrible ptsd. Matt was the one that suggested CBD’S. He is always helpful and willing to listen to what you have to say. Thank you Essence

I have to admit one of my most favorite and delightful parts of being in a dispensary, is the customer service experience. And by far most of these dispensaries I have visited are really nice. But nothing compares to the outstanding customer service you shall Receive from essence dispensaries! It’s phenomenal!! I love returning every week to see new and familiar smiling :-) faces that really brightened up my day! I will continue to go essence dispensary and show my gratitude towards the great people there. Greatest service I've had in a dispensary so far. All others are great, but I recieved a thorough break down of terps and other properties of cannabis from an amazing worker named Leigh. She was great with helping me pick the right strain for my days adventures. She made sure I was satisfied with my decision. UK Cheese was definitely a great choice thanks to her. This place is amazing. All of their employees share this same enthusiasm. This Essence feels the essense 🤘🏾🤟🏾

Absolutely the best that Vegas has to offer ... even though it's in Henderson. Everyone there is wonderful, but when it comes to quality of service, knowledge, and camaraderie, nobody beats Emily and DeSean. They make every trip educational as well as fun.

I had such a great time at Essence tonight! Matt helped me and got me the perfect products for my illness. I absolutely loved how he knew every single bit of information I needed to get the right stuff and made it fun with a great attitude. Highly recommend Essence!!

Went this morning , and met Leigh , very delightful Bud Tender . She recommended a preroll I have never had ,it was one of “ Willy’s Reserve called “ Lady Silva “ . What a great product ! I knew it was gonna be good because , hey it is Willy Nelson and he has been a advocate for marijuana for over 60 years . Taste was simply amazing and the high is smooth and headband like . Thanks Leigh !

Recovering from thoracic/lumbar fusion using only mmj since hospital discharge two days ago. AMAZING! Pain.management is very tolerable (a brownie for breakfast; hard candies and gummies when needed during the day; another brownie at dinner time). As an older patient, mid-60s, I was and AM delighted to replace narcotic pain pills, sleeping pills, etc, with medical marijuana edibles. Thank you, Henderson staff at Essence, for helping my husband, my caregiver and me get through this scary surgery with your recommendations, suggestions for edibles this past month. I’ll never forget your help and compassion.

Overall experience was good but the Cactus OG was wack

This was my first trip to a dispensary ever and it was great. I have severe anxiety and a slight case of OCD and Dru was very helpful and informative. I will definitely be coming back!

I was recommended this store by my fiance, Sarah was very welcoming for my first visit, Xani helped me pick out accessories and they had things that were just my style that I couldn't leave without. Crystal checked me out, everything went smoothly. Everyone was very kind and enthusiastic, kind of like it was your birthday! I'm visiting from Ottawa and the quality of flower in comparison to my hometown is noticeably better. So far I've tried Strawberry Cough x Slimer preroll, I usually cough my lungs out but I didn't cough once with this preroll so far⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would recommend, leave a tip 💚

Very professional and great service, Leigh had helped me out and recommended me to try the Nordic goddess for pain. My mother and her have similiar arthritis pains and she really recommended the creme and it has been working wonders for me and my girlfriend and I can't wait to share it with my mother. I had a fantastic first experience at a disperncey here. It was medically clean but rec friendly. Everyone was so happy to help us and I am new to all this so it was a 10/10 experience. Xani, though...Xani made me want to move to Nevada. She was the most helpful and friendly person I've ever met. I think we are platonic soulmates. I told her what I wanted to feel and she got it 100%! Xani, I love you. 😻😻😻 If I were in there area this would be my place!

I love coming to Essence!!! They have so many great selections and if they are out of a product they will call you when they get it in!!! Their bud tenders Zach, De Sean and Justin are really great at providing excellent customer service with a smile!!! They are very knowledgeable and their product recommendations are always on point and they are super cool and friendly! My favorite bud shop in Henderson!!!
