I don't mind the location, because I use to work right up the street from there on Germay Drive for a Sheetmetal HVAC Company in the 1990's. I do believe they need more security on their staff for out in the parking lot for Patients Safety & Protection. I was once a Firefighter until my critical auto accident Cinco De Mayo 2004 ended that & turned my entire world upside down! 2 anchors that hold a plate and my left heel in place, snapped Achilles tendon, 2 herniated discs lower left lumbar, 2 dislocated collarbones, knee surgery, 2 Radio Frequency VNUS Ablations in my legs, I've got more scars on my face, head & body than Frankenstein. PTSD, Stress, Bipolar ADHD Depression, Severe Charley Horses, Muscle Spasms, Leg Twitching, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, Appetite Disorder & Severe Headaches. Life Is Definitely Better & Greener On This Side Of The Grass!

Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and the owner goes out of the way to make the patients comfortable inside. I love when they run specials and when they have the larger quantities as I work in Philadelphia and cannot always get to their location business hours. Also the staff is fantastic!!! Everyone is helpful and spends time with you to answer your questions so you understand what you’re doing and get the appropriate dosage.

A few months in and I'm still constantly impressed with my budtenders at FSCC. Not only that, the rest of the staff is great as well. No, not everything is available every time I go in, but we have one shop for the entire state at the moment. To be honest, they keep a pretty good stock. Seriously, these guys are great and always wonderful to me.

Fantastic staff! Everyone is extremely friendly and more than helpful. Would like to have more of a diverse and expanded menu. Often time out of stock on what you are looking for.

Lewes FSCC is now open. The staff is very nice. They need to procure some big name meds. For example: Ringo's Gift......Harlequin......Charlotte's Web. These are BIG time strains on the west coast.

Today was my first visit to the shop. It was a great experience everyone at the dispensary is very friendly and very nice and they had a lot more flowers then I was expecting and I went in the afternoon at 3pm A bunch of eighths and grams.

The First State Compassion Center employs some of the most kind, caring, and dedicated individuals in the medical field. Every visit has always been pleasant, beneficial and educational. They listen to my wife's symproms. They guided her to choose a strain that worked best for her. The medicine comes in flower and concentrate. (Edibles are not Legal under current Delaware's Marijuana laws.)The prices are very fair given the always consistent quality of the medicine they provide to licensed patients. FSCC is the first dispensers in Delaware. The leadership team are trail-blazers, pioneering Delaware forward into a cutting edge field that with the potential to help a lot of people with debilitating medical conditions. The team is knowledgeable, organized, dedicated, diligent but also incredibly compassionate. They should be commended on their dedication to educating Patients and Medical professionals.

It has come along way in the 6 months they've been opened, but it's basically a monopoly. We have one place to go. If they don't have larger quantities you are stuck paying the higher cost. The one lady behind the counter is rude and hardly cares at all (Amy). Jessie and Karen are the ladies to see, they are the best! I hope that this owner isn't allowed to bid on the new location in Kent Co, we need competitive rates. Quality of flower is good, although sometimes on the dry side. Will go back as it's the only legal option.

Excellent place that is progressing nicely

Dispensary gets low marks on service for never having anything bigger than an eighth available. If you're stuck with this dispensary as your only option, make sure you budget at the eighth or gram prices. You will never get an ounce of anything potent here under the current management.

I was at the First State Compassion dispensary for the first time a couple weeks ago. I enjoyed every second of it. I got a very nice orientation when I first got there that gave me a lot of education. I practically knew what I was going to get before the orientation was over. Everyone is knowledgeable. The store is physically pretty nice and most important, everyone there acts like they want to be there.

This place is great. They often only have the same types of bud, but they are good ones! The staff is very knowledgeable and the whole place has a warming atmosphere. Very zen

I've been coming here since the opening month, and it keeps getting better and better. Amazing, caring staff. With the 10% percent discount (Medicaid), I find the prices very fair.

Good selection. Very friendly staff. Prices are very high for medical. Don't know how anyone can afford to get it here on regular basis.
