The selection and quality is fine but they are very pushy about upselling. No matter what you ask fo or about they are quick to show you something just a few dollars more expensive. Both times I've been the prices also didn't reflect the menu prices on Leafly.

The staff at foster buds are super customer service oriented. They even offer you a cold water or red bull when you enter. Their selection of edibles and bho always have what I'm after and for a good price too. Almost every time I've been there I am helped out by this great budtender that I believe was named Ile who shows us all their cool new stuff, overall an awesome place.

Small and awkward little shop, reminded me a lot of how shops were before the regulation last year. Flower quality was lacking, oil selection could have had a little more variety but they have a great start with Om Extracts and Permaculture Solutions. Didn't see any reason to go back however, not the best service with one person running the whole store who didn't exhibit much knowledge of the products.

My favorite neighborhood dispensary. Consistently quality product, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they are absorbing the tax - who does that? Pretty amazing shop with good deals, rotating selection, and quick service.

Used to be my #1 spot but there focus is on rec. now. They dont even run deals for ommp anymore Nothing on edibles or wax. Like i said 100% rec. To bad i really liked this place. Great place for rec. We OMMP need to find more deadacated location.

This is incorrect. We have an OMMP special every day of the week here at Foster Buds. We do weekly specials on both edibles and concentrates for OMMP members. We serve both the OMMP community and the recreational community with equality and balance. One side is not favored over the other as we are all family here. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Foster Buds. They are the most friendly and passionate people in the business. Maddy was our bud tender today. She was friendly and you could really tell she loved what she was doing. I would consider this my favorite dispensary in Portland. ALL of the staff is awesome and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. They also feed hungry people with their $.25 joints on Fridays. I look forward to my Friday visits every week.

Was my #1 spot. love the manager and the crew here there great! As an ommp card holder and primarily a concentrate smoker i am disappointed that new flavors of OM both trim and nug run are not being stocked. Please pick up some new OM flavors and i will be back to this great location.

I have now been into Foster buds a couple times and the quality of the products the service and the atmosphere is exceptional I would definitely recommend this location I have actually travel to quite a bit of the dispensaries in the Portland location and this is by far the best

Visited on a Sunday, but seemed like plenty of parking for the location. It is one of the closer dispensaries for me and was recommended. Both ILe and Zack were tending and we had a good conversation on what some of the analytical numbers meant, labs, etc. Very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and engaging guys! Both were good in zeroing in on varieties based on what I was interested in like fragrance and bud quality. Prices were conveniently marked on the bud containers. We put together a few flavor profiles and Zack pointed out that there was a discount after purchasing a certain number of grams, so that was really cool as I left paying lease than anticipated initially! Woo Hoo

This place is really knowledgable and friendly. I can't Remeber the 3 bud tenders that I have felt with; a girl with a Tragus piercing, another man who was really knowledgable with cultivation, and a skinny guy with dreads. They have an awesome selection of concentrates, such as rosin, ice hash, PHO, and high quality BHO. Their flowers are always changing and they have a broad selection of indica/sativa/hybrids. Best dispensary on Foster hands down!!!
