This was my first time purchasing and I was a little apprehensive in not knowing what to expect. The store itself is beautiful and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Heidi is very efficient in greeting customers and checking them in quickly. Amber was amazing in helping to select the right product to help my mother. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, discussed in detail various products and made me feel so comfortable! I had such a positive experience and will definitely be a repeat customer at this location!

I love this place, I've tried most of the dispensaries in the kc metro area and From the Earth is by far the best in my opinion, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, the place is nice and has a laid-back vibe, you can take your time and browse, and I have never seen their website not be updated and accurate. This company really has it together and does it well, and they are partnered with Illicit, a great local grower that's only getting better with time, although they do have the other brands too. They have a great selection. It's always a pleasure to go to From the Earth whether it's this location or one of their other ones. I feel very strongly that they have the best dispensaries in the KC metro area.

Four stars for atmosphere only because the clinical legal dispensary environment always kind of puts me on edge. Not their fault! Every budtender I've met at this store has been really nice, and their products are high quality and super reasonably priced as far as legal weed goes. My tolerance gets obnoxiously high sometimes, and their bud still does the trick. Thanks FTE! (Full disclosure, they are running a promo for reviews, but these are my genuine thoughts and feelings. I'm just not usually a review guy. ^^")

From the Earth is by far my favorite dispensary (and I've been to a lot)! Every budtender that has ever taken care of me has been informative, personable, and genuinely enthused about what they do. Immaculate vibes in the place -- and the way they have everything set up is perfect! Exciting without being overwhelming or confusing. And the rewards system is very, very good. I work in hospitality, and I always recommend From the Earth to our guests looking for a dispensary while they're in town. :)

So convenient. The website is easy to use and I like the details they provide about different strains. This makes is really easy to find what I'm looking and make a decision. I usually order online and pick up through the drive through. Easy, quick, convenient and everyone is nice and helpful. Highly recommend! Don't really have a desire to try a different dispensery in town with how good of an experience it is here.

I've been a med user for a year now and this is my regular dispo. The service is fantastic! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. FTE Brookside truly wants clients to have a good experience from walking into the store to using their chosen products at a later time. I can't thank them enough for all the ways they've helped me. Best dispo I've ever been to, even compared to CO and CA. Brookside is where it's at!

I enjoy this location because it’s right by my favorite ice cream shop (high hopes) and bakery (black hole)! They always have a good list of products, especially when it comes to flower! I’ve snagged a few special illicit strains from this location before! I do find that it is a bit more of a busy location, so the personable experience isn’t always there, but it’s there more so than not! Overall I enjoy this location for its products and its location!

One of the best and most affordable selections in the KC area. This is my go-to store after work, order online and you’re in and out in 5 mins. Front desk people are efficient and kind. Definitely no such thing as a dumb question here, everyone has been super helpful when I’ve asked questions.
